UPDATE: Last week I went to the expo and didn't take advantage of the Garmin sale. Apparently, this is highly regulated by Garmin, not by the store. They worked to find a solution for me to get close to the expo price and I really appreciate the effort. They are drop shipping at no charge. Please shop here!!
3 years ago... I met Scott at the Hospital Hill expo. Another young lady was helping (I didn't get her name but she was the sweetest) and I was buying some shoes. I wished out loud that they had another pair at that price. She asked Scott and he called the store. He found another pair but the store was inconvenient to home and I mentioned where I lived. He was actually going to be in that area the next day for an event and offered to bring the shoes. After his event he dropped them by my house. WAY above and beyond. I'll be making the trek to their store whenever I need anything. Great job Running Well Store.

I was picking up a race packet. I was able to receive outstanding customer service with the purchase of new running shoes of course. I had a return that was fast easy. All of the staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. I highly recommend checking out The Running Well location

I came by having no idea what I wanted or needed and left with a perfectly fitting pair of running shoes that met all of the needs I didn't know I had. So grateful for the expertise of the employees and the great deal I got on my shoes. I will definitely be referring this place to my friends.

My dad and I stopped in on Sunday afternoon so I could get some new work shoes. We were immediately helped and I was offered great advice and I got to try on multiple different types of shoes. Meanwhile, the young guy helping us was talking about football with my dad so he was entertained while I walked around the store with different shoes. We were in and out of there in about 10 minutes, and I have never had a better shopping experience! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

It is not possible to have a better experience than I just did. I came in looking for cheap, comfy shoes 15 minutes before close. I told the associate Jack L as much and he got me two full price sneakers to try on and also alerted me to the discount bin. I ended up walking out with great shoes for 50 bucks. Great service! Will 100% be back with my girlfriend to get her a pair.

Fantastic experience working with Jess. She is extremely knowledgeable in the features and fit of the various brands and models of shoes. She evaluated my gait, explained what she saw and why she recommended the style of shoe and then we got started with the fun part of trying on. Even though it was a busy Sunday in the store, she never rushed or hesitated to run back to pick a different pair for me to try on. I planned to buy one pair of shoes and walked away with two!

This is definitely a great store. But I’ve been here 5 different times now to buy shoes for my wife. I know what brand and model of shoe she prefers and her size. Every time they haven’t been available - which I have no issue with. But they have told me each time “Mondays are the new order days, we’ll call you” and I’ve literally never heard back. On the first four occasions, I called to check and was told they’d check with the person placing orders. Didn’t bother on the 5th. These people are SUPER smart and friendly I just wouldn’t shop here because they don’t seem to be staffed to follow up on customer requests. It’s unfortunately easier to go through the shoe site and not go through a local business at this point.

Interestingly enough, I found the running well store online when searching for a pair of Archie’s slides in my size of women’s shoe 6-7. They were the only store to carry them in my size 6 and the exact color I wanted too (which was a tan). When trying to check out online, the system would not allow me to move forward and I kept getting an error message. The outreach coordinator, Tara, was kind and friendly enough to hold the shoes for me and directed me to call the store to finish my purchase. Joseph, the sales associate, rung me up and they offered me FREE SHIPPING to Texas! Also, the shoes were discounted to $40 instead of their usual retail price tag of $60 (which is what you’ll pay for elsewhere).
I haven’t even gotten my shoes yet but this is stellar 10/10 customer service here with fantastic and reasonable pricing. If I see anything else I like, I will continue to shop from this store, even though my local fleet feet is down the road from me! Thanks, running well staff! You have gained a customer from Texas!

I adore little boutiques and stores like this because the customer service is always unmatched, and Carl still exceeded my expectations in helping me find the right pair of shoes for my needs. The only downside to specialty stores like this is they tend to be a bit expensive, well not this one! It looked like the average price was around $130, which is extremely reasonable for a pair of good quality running shoes you want to last more than a few months. I will definitely be making this my go-to store for athletic shoes
