The front staff and Dr Laurel Short are the absolute best. She’s changed my life in treating my migraines and I seriously cannot thank her enough for how she’s saved me!!

I do like my actual Doctor but the front staff is unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent. It takes months to get an appointment and when I actually did the front staff mistakenly scheduled me for a lab and not an actual appointment and then I was blamed it was my fault by the nurse practitioner. I then couldn't get a real appointment for 3 months out. My doctor/or her nurse forgot to call in my prescription and I've left 3 messages and no one will get back to me and that was 3 days ago. I'm so frustrated. The nurse practitioner's bedside manner is so rude and downright mean. I will be leaving to find a new Doctor's office.

I checked in for an appointment at 10:00 a.m. to address a dry cough for 7 days. I waited in the car for 45 mins. I called the urgent care to see the waiting status. They said it is normal for a long wait. I am on the clock working a full time job. I don't have time to be sitting in a car for 45 mins to be seen by a doctor. There were no patients on the waiting room. I have seen 10 to 12 cars coming in and out of the urgent care.Terrible customer service. What a mess.

Don't waste your time or money here. Awful customer service and the doctors do not care. Urgent care is just that, Urgent. They rush you in and out and don't listen to you. And keep records, I was getting billed for appointments I never had.

Dr. Laurel Short is my PCP and she is the best! She is so kind and personable, is quick to respond to any messages in the online patient portal, and seems to be a true advocate of my overall health and wellbeing. I have been looking forever for a good PCP and was so glad to find her!

Went in for an infected finger. They attempted a drainage by getting rid of the pus pain with a needle. They did not take much time explaining the infection or getting rid of the hangnail prior to that. They also didn't send the antibiotics I needed to my local walgreens , send me a list of the prescription/diagnosis, or even email me after our visit. Now I am in pain with a worse swollen finger and no medication to help. A Walgreens physician told me they have poor customer service and have experienced issues with this Urgent care.

Parents beware! This clinic doesn’t see children under the age of 8! We arrived 20 minutes early on a Sunday because our toddler had pink eye and we wanted to get him seen immediately. Their website does not mention they don’t see children. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were informed the doctor on duty, Dr. Snodell, would not see our child. We had to scramble to figure out something else. It was a terrible, heartbreaking experience and we won’t ever be back to sunflower.

I had to take my wife away from these people, they are just not qualified to run this facility.Very poor service. Never a problem, but my chart for some reason says that I cannot come back. Weird, but cost me a bunch of time trying to find another Dr.

Brenda Rump, Erin Lovewell, and the Sunflower Medical Group team (which includes Emily, Hiram, and Mary) were all amazing and kind people. They made me feel very comfortable during my various appointments and procedures. The front desk teams at the three locations was also very good. I moved out of the state but if I were in Kansas still I would continue to go use Sunflower Medical Group as my care team. They all helped me to solve many of my chronic medical issues.

I get appointments when I need to and can walk in , evenings, and weekends for urgent care. My records are available for reference at all times.

I moved to KCK in 2016. From 2016-2019 I went through so many irresponsible Doctors and nurse this entire time. My OBGYN was retiring and suggested Doctor Crabtree. I've been with Sunflower ever since. They are reliable and well organized for a Doctors office.

I went into this location to have my thyroid scanned and the tech was so amazing I had to do a review on her. She was so nice and down-to-earth and really made me feel comfortable during the imaging process. I believe people like this need recognization. Melissa Schulman is excellent at her job! Thank you so much Melissa!

Very clean but not the best employees and horrible urgent care. The front desk employees can be unprofessional along with billing department issues. Keep all receipts of the balances you've paid and hold the doctors and nurses accountable. You can pay your balance but may still receive annoying notices about it.My appointments feel rushed and like waste of time. They will go above and beyond to make sure your balances are paid but will not have that same attitude towards making sure you've received quality care.

The fact that this place doesn't close until 2 on Sunday and we drove all the way to check in at 1:20 and we're turned away as soon as we walked in is a let down. Only 1 person was in the waiting room and I'm 95% sure my daughter has strep and now having to wait another day to be treated has me and my entire family looking for another family practitioner/urgent care. This is the last straw after a few issues we have run into at this location.
