Receptionists were average and helpful. But Dr Coyle is so nice. She immediately got into diagnosis with me for my joint condition and explained what we'd need to do to get a diagnosis. She wasn't condescending at all when I didn't have a straight answer for her and she fully supports bodily autonomy. As a young female who doesn't want kids, it's such a relief to have a doctor who listens to you.

Prideful about their medical malpractice. It is not worth the risk of making an appointment and being turned away from it by front desk staff that have more say in who is seen than the doctors. If you are on medicine that you need to take every day and need refills for, they will leave you without them. Other reviews already point this out.

I love Dr. Roux -- she makes me feel heard, addresses my concerns, and is always friendly. Definitely the best PCP I've ever had! As a current patient, any time I've called to make an appointment they've gotten me in within a week and I rarely have a long wait once I'm in the office. Her current nurse is nice and responds quickly if you leave a voicemail for them. I've also used the urgent care here for things like RSV, sinus infections, and mastitis. I do think it's designed to be more of same-day sick clinic (this is not an ER), and it's awesome for those purposes.

I’ve went in twice for the “urgent care” got turned away twice and told me to go to the emergency room . The first time they gave me ones I can go to for my insurance but those didn’t work either . They are also not very kind nor helpful , I got a new insurance and they said a bunch of things I would have to do in order to even be seen in the “urgent care”. The first time I was very sick and they said they couldn’t help me, the second time was the same.

Had a doctor kept pressing me about my son’s infected toe. Even my husband said she kept pressing me probably won’t go there again cause it was awkward

Bailee Larson, this is my primary care clinic and I have also been to their urgent care. First of all, NO urgent care can use an IV to hydrate. You must go to the ER. I have been dehydrated before due to a sour stomach from anxiety and they (actual medical professionals) told me the same thing. Do your research. No one can do it for you.

I have tried to come to this place two times over the course of two years and have always been denied by the front desk. The first time I was sick and mildly dehydrated and was told by the receptionist (not medical staff) that if I was dehydrated, they couldn’t treat me and I would have to go to an emergency room. Today I tried to go in to get some immunizations for work, again at the urgent care, and was told to go to a different urgent care (Concentra) that they would be able to help me. I’m confused as to what this office is for and why they’re listed as an urgent care because anytime I have tried to go there for basic urgent care needs I’ve been denied.

Do not count on being seen at the “urgent care”. Front desk staff doesn’t have a clue. I’ve been turned away twice from this location with only 2-3 people in the waiting room. I get the feeling they are understaffed and the doctors that are working are seeing their existing patients. They will refer you to the ER or another poorly staffed facility.

They are my primary care core group. When I need a specialist, they refer me and the specialists report diagnoses back to my primary team. They have urgent-care hours outside of regular office hours and on-call doctors when no one is in the building. I trust that I will have quality care at all times.

Dr CC is awesome. Listened to me and helped me set some goals and motivated me to get back healthy again after years of avoiding doctors. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Fantastic care by the medical staff!! This would be 5 star but, the billing department staff is an absolute nightmare. They are condescending and act extremely rude.
