Tried to get a new phone for our business so we came in on a day and time when there would be a 30min wait. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to wait that long, so we were advised to come back right when the store opens at 10 the next day. We came back and stood outside the store for 10 minutes, but no one was there to open the store. Called the store but no one answered. Also, I couldn't see anyone inside either. Because of that, I have to rate my experience with a 1 star.

Best store to visit, seriously. I’ve never had better service in the past until today. Great team of people in this store that are very knowledgeable. Dave especially knows his stuff. Highly recommend this location for all your T-Mobile needs!

on Monday 11/6/2023 i walked into the mission T-Mobile location with my 85 year mother who was having "issues" with her phone.we had the good fortune to be help by Anthony. Anthony showed unbelievable patience with my mother. He was professional, helpful, and solved all the issues. Anthony set a very high bar for customer care. Outstanding job done.

Seems to always been a long wait, like well over 20+ minutes before anyone speaks to you, no matter what time of day you're there. Then it's a free for all on who is next. There needs to be more people working after 4pm and more competent people as well. I live within walking distance, but will go elsewhere moving forward because this store has been slacking since it reopened in this location.

Service unprofessional and apathetic. This store doesn’t even try to resolve issues. Switching service.Responded to manager after his post, and it was simply performative. You can about the negative review and not looking bad. Then when contacted, you’re silent. While it looks good on the review, you and your store are trash!

To lazy to do their job. Not informed on their own processes. Wouldn't look up an order I place online for instore pick up. Told me I couldn't pick up the item I ordered online in store. To make it worse they are the only store that has the product in stock in a 25 mile range.

Extremely rude female rep over the phone. Refused to answer a simple yes/no question. From the beginning of the call it sounded like she hates her job, I strongly suggest she quits. I've been with tmobile for over a decade and have never had such a distasteful experience. I will not be using this location if this is an example of their service.

Juan was very nice, and invited me to sit down(at a table), and he would bring the phones to me. I am handicap, I walk with a cane.I truly appreciate that, attention to detail.Sadly were not able to buy moneys that day.This was my first time to this location. Mind you I have been a customer for 28 years.▪︎My husband had stopped in 1.5 wks prior & a sales person told him about a promotion, where they would give us credit for our current Samsung phones. ▪︎My husband was told: would only need to pay the sales taxes on the new phones (maybe $ 200.00) out of pocket.▪︎Then when I come in the store. And come to find out: my husband was not given correct information: and I am hung out to dry. ( I was not happy) I work 50-55 hrs a week. I don't have time, to running all over town.▪︎So now I have to call corporate office: to see what options I have. And what kind of true customer service they will give me.
