The color i pick from the chip are not the same from the actual paint. Turned out much darker. I wish they could’ve told me more about this prior purchase. Will not be coming here again

I was told this particular location could possibly help me with a specialty paint I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was out of stock, but Rob was extremely helpful, and helped me talk through my options. I didnt actually end up buying anything, but the service was still impeccable.

I’ve been a customer of this location for years and this is sad to post this. I understand we came in 5 minutes before you closed but we were only in to grab paper color samples. The employee that decided to wave her arms in the air in a rude fashion and say “who wants to go home??? I DO!” while rushing to the door to lock up to kick us out made us feel very uncomfortable. This happened at 4pm on the dot. Politely asking us to leave would have been enough. I’ll buy paint somewhere else from now on.

DON'T go here if you want paint anytime you actually need it. Not busy at all dropped off a sample to match and just needed 1 gal said no problem we'll call you went its done. Went back to work still waiting 2 hrs later. Have to finish this job today. I call and they LIED and said it's almost done we'll call you. Another 1 goes by and I just drive there. Ask about it. Nope. Asked for my sample back he was confused. Asked his boss and actually said we'll its his. Sure. We haven't even started on it. Will never buy paint there. Drove down to home depot. Done perfectly in 10 minutes

Don't expect them to know anything about what they sell. You would think that they would have at least a little knowledge considering that all they sell is paint and paint related stuff. Nope. Clueless and no help.Oh and their prices are 20% higher than any other store. Nope.

Great paint, nice store, helpful staff. The two people there seemed to know their stuff. Benjamin Moore is great paint, pricey but still good. A little out of the way, but not terribly far.
