This is a nice planet fitness. However, one of my pet peeves was on display at this gym today. For some odd reason, people like to sit and look at their phones while they’re sitting on the exercise equipment. Please tell members that if they want to look at their phones or take a break from lifting to go sit down at one of the chairs that are provided. maybe put up a sign in the gym, reminding members that other people are using the machines as well and to not sit on them while checking emails and texts.

I have given other locations good reviews but this location is brutal and I have been to many across the country. It’s perpetually dirty and machines are consistently down. The floor is extremely uneven causing many of their cardio machines to rock when most are adjustable to prevent this. The mens restroom at this location always smells awful and the floor is usually wet…has for the almost two years I have hit this location. Today when I left there were 3 employees and a trainer behind the desk and not one person said have a nice day which just isn’t typical for pf as the gym wasn’t busy. If you go at night this location is wall to wall people which doesn’t work well considering the weight machines and area is so tight to begin with. I would recommend going to the Shawnee location as it’s less than ten minutes away and a better experience. I may have high expectations but just don’t understand how the reviews are so good for this location.

I love it, everything is very clean and there is a lot of equipment, you should never wait to use it since there is quite a lot. The staff is quite friendly

Always a wonderful experience working out at this location because of the member oriented service professionals. Gabe the trainer was very helpful in her instructions. Every person who works here is super focused and has the knowledge to address any issues in a light hearted best practice kinda way.I feel very blessed to have this as my home location. 1000/1000. Great job everyone.From the bottom of my heart thank you for your help and time during my fitness journey.

I’ve been a member pfit for over 4 years and multiple locations and have never had an issue with any employee checking me in with my phone number. However, I am being told now that I can no longer checkin without the app, but I usually do not bring my phone to the gym as a distraction. I’m not sure why this one guy working the front desk out of 50+ prior employees is too lazy or stubborn to punch in a 9 digit phone number to checkin. Very frustrating.

Love planet fitness however this location doesn’t have cameras in their parking lot. Today my car was broken into and I got robbed someone reported that someone broke my window and front desk didn’t try to find whose car it was or even call the cops.
