Mission Pet Mart, Inc.
6900 Martway St, MissionSOOOOO GOOD!!! Everything you could possibly want in a local store for aquariums. Betta fish are the best kept I've ever seen in a pet store hands down. They have bubblers in quart size containers! Very nice to see! Best of all, the PRICES ON THE BETTAS AREN'T INSANE?! I was shocked. In addition to this, they have so many aquatic plants and supplies, and fish! So fun. My fish from here is doing great. Also, tons of cute dog sweaters.

La Petique Dog Grooming Salon
5808 Johnson Dr, MissionThis place is very professional and I have been satisfied with each groom. They have checked in with me if there are any problems with the groom, and have treated me well at check in and check out. My dog's hair looks much better than if I do it! They give a bath, blow dry the hair, cut it, pluck out ear hair, cut nails, and always get all the hair out between the paws. It sounds like they're only taking current or past pets for grooms right now.

Pet Care
Mission Animal Clinic
5915 Broadmoor St, MissionMy family has been a client of Mission Animal Clinic for over 20 years. My parents took their pets here and now I do the same. This is largely due to how great all the staff is. The front desk is always welcoming, the techs and vets are knowledgeable and great with our pets, and we leave knowing our fur babies got the best care possible.

Dearborn Animal Clinic
6100 Johnson Dr, MissionWe have been bringing our golden retriever to Dearborn for about four years. We changed vets after the last one was very impatient with her. Dearborn has been wonderful and supportive. They are obviously animal lovers and take great care of the pets and owners.

Mission Med Vet: Wilson Eric R DVM
5914 Johnson Dr, MissionUnfortunately sometimes your furry friends need emergency care & when that happens you want the best loving and caring facility. Thank You Rhianna, for getting us checked in, Dr Infante for the excellent care given to my baby boy , and everyone else that was there helping along the way. Your facility was busy as it always seems to be, but we were treated with respect and my baby received the best care.

Mission Veterinary Emergency & Specialty
5914 Johnson Dr, MissionBack in December we had to bring my baby dog in for neurological issues. We made an appt with Dr Weinstein. Him and Morgan had to do a MRI and keep her for abt 5 to 6 hrs to diagnosed and see what her issues really were. Dr W found the issues and it was manageable with steroids and pain management. And she can have a quality life. We give updates at his recommendations and she is pretty much back to normal. He turned our sadness into happiness and we couldn't be happier. Definitely worth the expense to get accuracy in her diagnoses but worth it!! Thank you Dr Weinstein and Morgan for helping our baby dog. She's only 7yrs old and has so much life to live.????✨️?

Energizing Mission
5813 Johnson Dr, MissionTaylor was working the day we were in and she was just so wonderful!! She thoroughly explained the concept and the menu, she answered all our questions, and guided us toward things we might like, and offered her honest opinion on different flavors and concoctions. It was really fun crafting our drinks with her. They were definitely sweet- next time I think I'll ask for the small size in a medium cup so I can dilute it a bit.

Rockcreek Brewing Company
5880 Beverly Ave, MissionIt's a pretty fun spot set just off of Johnson drive. I like that the clientele feel that they can bring their entire family here and the atmosphere doesn't seem to suffer for it. I wish they would actually serve food, but I understand that that could be quite a burden on a brewery, trying to maintain their license.

KINZI
5329 Johnson Dr, MissionCame in today just on a whim. I've had Mediterranean but it's not my go-to so I thought to mix it up and this was in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by the food.I started with a cup of Lentil soup. It was flavorful and subtle at the same time. I would definitely order a bowl next time.Following up, I ordered a gyro with a side of basmati. The gyro overall was good, but the taste of their sauce was a little too subtle than what I've had in the past. I also can't be too sure, but the cut of the lamb didn't seem fresh off the wheel like I've had before. It was good, but I did ask for a small side of tzatziki and tahini for extra pop. Basmati was good as well but I ended up using some of the tahini on that as well for some added flavor.I ended the meal with their assorted dessert plate to sample everything they had. The Ballourie (the thing that looks like a pair of Twix) was my favorite overall. Followed by the Burma Pistachio, which kind of tasted like sunflower seeds wrapped in shredded wheats, covered in honey; oddly delicious. The least, but still good, was the Baklava, which was a little too crunchy and not as tasty as the others. I'd order the assortment again, but I'd say one plate is good for one person, rather than to be shared. Now I will comment that even though the crew was nice, they were also not always present. I believe they must have been running a skeleton crew because the front person was also running to the kitchen to cook. That being said, this is definitely one of those places that feels more like an "order at the counter and eat at the table" sort of spot, rather than a full service. All the same, kind staff and was attentive with water and bussing when in eyesight. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop in again. Happy and well fed ?
