Alex has repaired metal watch bands, repaired rings, replaced batteries and told me when something is not repairable and does it with a smile.

Wildly exceeded expectations. Took Alex a CASIO analog/digital dive watch that had been “dead” for 15+ years that other repair shops wouldn’t touch. He miraculously got it going again.
