My family has been a client of Mission Animal Clinic for over 20 years. My parents took their pets here and now I do the same. This is largely due to how great all the staff is. The front desk is always welcoming, the techs and vets are knowledgeable and great with our pets, and we leave knowing our fur babies got the best care possible.

Staff is great! They were able to get my puppy in last minute when she had a cold. Everyone was so sweet and were able to answer all of my questions I had! We are so happy to have them as our new vet.

It makes me feel a little better that everyone else has had a great experience with them, I however did not. They were super nice.I had wanted to get my dog fixed and also some other concerns. She had allergies, an eye ulcer and a hernia. So I set up an apt to get her fixed, a chip put in her and her hernia taken care of and he referred me to a great optometrist for her eye. Long story short I went to pick her up, she was still bleeding. Like blood on the floor and her hernia was not done (still paid for it) so I mentioned it to him and he said he could schedule again. I said no. I don’t want my dog put under three times in one month(she had to be put under by eye vet later that month) so he said “let me call the eye vet and see if she will do it while she is under over there” The eye doctor said no…as she should have. Why would another doctor fix your mess up. So needless to say I paid like $250 for hernia to be removed that she still has. The people there were really nice and good with my dog just thought a vet doc would do better than that

Dr. Goodman and team are amazing. He saved my cat's live, now my cat has only 8 left. ? I got in same day and Feli needed emergency surgery. Dr. Goodman explained very thoroughly and detailed what went on. He kept me updated, and followed up with a call a week later to check on Feli.Kayla was amazing in assisting and very caring. Thank you all!

Both the tech and the vet were very nice and caring with Trinity. She seemed to like them as well. I appreciated the advice and suggestions they provided as a new pet owner. EXCELLENT!

First time visit- we saw Dr. Concannon and he was awesome! Seemed really knowledgeable, was super friendly, and clearly loved animals. We'll definitely be making this our new vet. The front staff were also super friendly and helpful, and put up with our overzealous American Bulldog without batting an eye.

The front office staff are the first people I see when we walk in and being known as Faith’s mom, is awesome. I have known Jennifer since she was a vet tech when my parents brought their dogs in and their dogs were patients. The staff are all pleasant and honest. The vets are advocates for the pets and I love that!

I can't say enough great things about this Vet! The office staff has always been so nice and helpful. All the Docs have been so caring and listen to you about your concerns. And absolutely the best when we had to say goodbye to our dog.

We took our dog to this vet, they charged us 20 more dollars because “the consultation was extended”, the receptionists are very rude and no polite with customers ( specially the oldest woman). However, that was not the worst part of my visit there! The worst thing was that the doctor did not say anything we did know, did not prescribe the medications my dog needed, and she gave us a prescription that did not work because the DEA of the doctor who prescribed that did not march with the person that signed it. After Walgreens let us know there was a problem with the prescription, we called the veterinary and they say they would fix it. After a few hours the said the already fixed it. At the end Walgreens did not give us the medications because the vet never called them to do so. We had have a conversation with the Doctor agreeing what medications we could pick up at the pharmacy and she did nothing. After my work I went to Walgreens to pick up what we agreed in the morning and there were nothing for my doggy; unfortunately my dog was in a deep pain and many days had passed since the ( expensive) consultation. We called many times the vet and ironically the “ professional “ Veterinary Doctor got the call and told us that if we keep calling to the vet they would charge us extra fees!! To sum up, they did not even gave us a medication to calm my dog’s pain (it was insane) but the worst thing was the main veterinary Doctor got my call, he disrespectfully told us they did not want to talk to us any more!!!! We never said one rude word to them we just needed they to fixed and sent the prescription to Walgreens to pick up the medications! OMG the worst vet I had gone in my life?

I just got home from my first visit here after seeing Dr. Concannon and I am happy and impressed! The staff was so friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr was very kind, personable, and informative. He took time explaining answers to any of the questions I had and also did a very thorough job with the examinations of both my dog and cat. I recently moved to the area and saw the high number of recommendations on Google reviews for this clinic which is what lead me to scheduling the appointment, so I felt compelled to come write my own! Very happy and excited for my pets to be coming here from now on! :)I wanted to add onto my review as I went back here for another appointment for my cat Django. He has struggled with arthritic pain for years now and received his first injection of it on Friday morning (5/5). Since then I’ve seen him jump up on the bed for the first time since he was 3, rather than stepping over me like he usually does when wanting to get to his place on the couch he instead leaped to it, and last night I saw him RUN through the house without a limp or stumble like he usually does. He also has just been acting a little more like a kitten in general and has been super playful. This has been so emotional and exciting for me to witness and we will definitely be returning for future injections of Solensia! Once again, I appreciated the kindness of the staff and their overall professionalism. It has been a long time since I've felt very taken care of by my Veterinarian.

When we first moved to Mission, finding a good vet was a priority. We hit the jackpot with Mission Animal Clinic! For over 12 years, we’ve taken our dogs and cats there, and always feel that we are treated with honesty and our pets’ best interest are always at the core of each decision.Plus, the front end staff is wonderful! They are always friendly and easy to work with, and they really get to know your animals like they are your own. This goes with the vets, as well. Dr. Goodman is one of our favorites, but we always feel that the veterinarians coming in are extremely knowledgeable and have the same values as the rest.Oh, and what other vet calls you a couple days after your pet has been in to see how he or she is doing!?! They are the best!
