Scott the catering manager was amazing and so helpful and we appreciated everything he did. Will totally use their catering services again because it went so well.

When I go to the Deli, there are plenty of workers back there, but they seem not to want to be bothered. They will look at you but won't acknowledge you. Last week, the bar tender was rude to us when I asked her for real silverware. Most of the time, while I was there, she stood around the bar and kept talking to her coworker or on her phone. She never came back to ask us if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else.
Just rude!

I have never been so disrespected or embarrassed by a Hy-Vee employee. The older woman with glasses working in the cafe is very gossipy and accusatory. She's done it multiple times for multiple people. Today I had enough I had to talk to the store manager. The store manager seemed like she was very caring and understanding of how I felt and said she would take care of the problem. I really hope that my concerns are dealt with. I really enjoy the cafe and I hope that I don't have to find another location.

The store was very clean as all employees only knew how to clean. There was no one with knowledge of what the deli department carried . Wanted crab ragoon dip. Then, the person at self checkout was only interested in talking to an older gentleman with an electric scooter inside of the store. She was more concerned with flirting. Pore customer services
