I had my taxes prepared by the Mission H&R Block. I was able to work with my tax professional from my home. She is very competent as well as professional and caring. I highly recommend H&R Bock.

I set an appointment to ask questions and was strong armed into filing my taxes with them and them filing the taxes for me when I just wanted to ask questions and if we did file with them just a little help but they decided they would file for me and ask me minimal questions about my financial situation and assume the rest. I checked with Turbo tax after ma y people told me my return amount didn't seem right and Turbo tax actually asked me questions that H&R block never did and my estimated federal return with Turbo tax is almost 1300 more than with H&R block i won't be returning to this location or possibly any H&R block location or online tools and will continue to use Turbo tax moving forward.

This was... the worst. The tax expert helping us was a woman in her 70s who couldn't find the mouse on her computer screen, she's holding the mouse backwards, she's hitting cancel instead of my name when pulling up my account and had to put in my information multiple times. Already not instilling confidence, but then she starts putting in my financial info, realizes she's looking at the wrong form, has to enter it all over again. I'm fully convinced none of my information is correct, but hey, she has 49 years of experience per signs hanging in her cubicle. Before I even know what my return is, she tells me her services are going to be $400. That's insane. We get up to leave because I'm obviously not paying that. The manager approaches and askes if there's anything she can do. We tell her this price is astronomical considering the mediocre service we've received, and our taxes aren't extremely complicated. She tells us she can drop the price to $150. Now I'm just annoyed because WHY ARE YOU CHARGING MORE THAN TWICE THAT to begin with?! Never again. Not even using the free online service at this point. Two stars because she did offer a morsel of guidance on which of us should be claiming property tax and what needed to be claimed after selling a property.
