Do not shop here. Service is terrible, and they are never open as hours of operation. Had the cops show up on me because i asked why they were closed with my two sons. Online is the way to go

Gamestop is trash, buy from another store.Bought a nintendo switch online for store pickup last night, they took about $400 from me, woke up today to an email saying that they cancelled my order because they sold the one in the store that I had purchased. They also told me that it would take 3-4 business days to get my money back. Just shop somewhere else.

We went to go purchase a new gaming headset on a Sunday and two days later when we went to use it, it didn’t work. So we went to go return it, and we were unable to. The guy who sold us the mic failed to let us know that when you buy any new product there is a zero day return policy. If we were given that information ahead of time then we would have purchased the insurance to avoid this whole situation. Not to mention the guy was very stand-offish and had a very bad demeanor. This location is not a place that I am going to visit in the future.

I went there today, the person at the cash register was friendly, the only con for me was my fault not GameStop’s, i was looking for lego marvel avengers, they had lego marvel super hero’s, i got them mixed up so it’s my fault and I ended up getting Lego marvel super hero’s (which was city in peril)I recommend this GameStopJust don’t act like me and mix up game titles
