The man who worked in the store, bum-rushed us and didn't give us time to even get in the store before asking twice what he could help us with. We told him we were looking, and if we needed help we would let him know. He walked off very disgruntled and slammed the door. My son was looking to furnish his apartment, their loss. Not surprising or a wonder why they are going out of business

Discount Mattress Store was amusing, pleasant, and really helpful. He wasn't pushy at all, and he allowed me plenty of time to get comfortable and test out the mattress and pillow. I can't wait for my mattress to arrive, and I'm already in love with my new pillow.

Sold me a mattress that was too high. He knew it would not work for me but sold it to me anyway. I had bought lots of furniture from him. Surprised me he did this to me. He takes advantage and only wants to make money at the highest price. Go elsewhere....talked to the owner. Problem fixed ..

The bed is exceptional. It's ideal for us because we prefer varying levels of firmness in our beds. It was fantastic to be treated with White Gloves.
