I bought the top tiered car wash. They say they wash your mats and vacuum inside .... There was dirt all across the back seats!!! I'm so disappointed! This was my first time here. It was $37.... Plus I gave a $15 too! I expected more. Thank God they have a 3 day guarantee. I'll take it back tomorrow!

Absolutely disappointed, purchased the Superior diamond wash this past Saturday the floor mats weren’t clean, looks like they barely vacuumed and barely anything was wiped down on the doors and center console. And now my dashboard has a halo around an area they cleaned and won’t come off.

OMG!!!…this is the BEST!!! car wash to go to. The owner is soooo nice!!!. The staff is amazing and always friendly. I don’t take my vehicle anywhere else but here!. I highly recommend you go here once you go you not gonna want to take your vehicle anywhere else. I LOVE this business and how they conduct business!!! ❤️

They do not secure your car keys. They are left out in the open, and anyone walking by has access to them (or their own shady staff) and cars have been stolen as a result. DO NOT use this business.

Paid for the top package and they didn’t even take my Matt’s out to vacuum. Only wipes down windows and the outside? Waste of money.

I went to diamond finish car wash today and while everyone who works here is great, the car wash isn't. My brand new car now has brush marks scratches all over it and looks so awful.

Been here twice. First time paid for the “superior diamond” package and they did not even vacuum the back driver’s side. After reading reviews that said each wash is basically the same, I went recently and got the “diamond plus” package. I noticed my floor mats did not fit and realized I was missing two mats, and they put the rear mat on the driver’s side floor (there was no longer a driver’s side mat). I called to let them know what happened and someone told me they would “check the cameras.” They asked which package I got and when I said diamond plus they said mat wash does not come with the package and they should not have taken my mats out at all. When I called back they said no one checked the cameras and the person I spoke to actually didn’t have access to check them. Now I have to spend $80 on floor mats. Never going back.
