Bank teller Kennedy G was very helpful and informative. I came in with a tad bit of worry due to me being at this very location last week and things didn’t go as planned. Kennedy walked me through the steps i needed to take in order to resolve my situation. I’m happy to say she made my day with her wonderful customer service and knowledge.”

“After being a member for a few years, I officially had my first trip into a physical branch to process a name change on my account. Admittedly, I’m not super familiar with the modern branch experience- but, was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the folks working in the branch. Nearly everyone greeted me as I walked in, helped direct me to their lobby where I could wait for the next available representative, and Tina was very kind throughout my entire transaction.There was a brief miscommunication to me prior to visiting the branch, as a member of the Contact Center advised that solely my new Driver’s License would suffice to update my name- however, when I spoke with Tina she let me know that she would need a legal name change document to assist me. I luckily had images of this ready! The Contact Center representative wasn’t able to help me remotely, because during the online account opening process I hadn’t been prompted to set up security questions to be verified remotely. Otherwise, I never would’ve had the visit into the branch in the first place!Overall, a really pleasant experience and I was glad to see the credit union motto of people helping people in full swing all around!”

I have had numerous types of accounts other than the standard Savings/checking including their credit card, line of credit, and 3 or 4 car loans. I started both of my children's banking experiences here when they turned 18 with the secured credit cards. I also love the personal attention from employees that have been with the credit union for a long time. It's a very personal touch!”
“Chaz helped my husband and I with a very sticky situation today. He was able to help us out immensely on our closing day when I mistakenly had a check for a large amount written out to the incorrect title company. He was able to understand the situation, verify with the DM what was needed to be done, and then sit on hold with an out of state bank for 20 minutes to verify funds and have a new check cleared that day. Chaz has gone above and beyond and spent a lot of time and attention to our needs. We will for sure be coming to him for future banking/finance needs.”

“These stars are for this bank staff (Not corporate office) after they help us when a charge we had to dispute AFTER corp gave us the run around over and over. Even the manager was upset at them. But the staff helped us get it straitened out (A++)Now corp y’all need to get new people when you try to dispute charges instead of rude, unprofessional and down right lazy people.
