“I love the fact that banking needs are met on a personal level. It reminds me of banking as a child where everyone was friendly and had time to chat about the weather and/or exchange a family story. I've never ran into a disgruntled customer either. There are a few things I can't readily do but I don't minding, I'd rather bank here than elsewhere.”

“Everyone at CommunityAmerica is excellent except for one specie person who works in the bill pay/online chat dept. I’ll withhold the name as it’s literally the least I can do.
The services are vast, they’re efficient, and generally very helpful regardless of how you access your account. I’ve had many, many years of experience with various credit unions and this one is definitely a top fav.

“I went from US bank to Community America Credit Union. I can't say enough good things about them. They let you have 4 savings accounts, which you can move money anytime you want without fees. 2 checking accounts, which is so helpful for bill paying. They will help you get a budget set up. They are so helpful financially.”
“I have never met a more compassionate group of people in the financial services industry. And they back the talk about taking care of people the other banks ignore. I can bank anywhere but I brought my accounts here because the money they earn from me helps the less fortunate instead of buying some bank owner a bigger boat. I was ok sacrificing services and rates but I've not had to do that. The services and financial education they offer are unheard of from a small credit union. And their rates are actually better. In some cases, MUCH better. I would give 6-stars if I could.”
