Never go here! Hes the stereotypical dishonest mechnic who will take advantage of your lack of knowledge to tack on extra cost to nickel and dime you.
I'm reposting this review to this location so you can't claim this was a different shop or worm out of this review and so it sticks with you at either location.
Have been a once loyal customer for over 10 years when I got my first vehicle and was 16 years old but will no longer be taking my business here. I've had an increase in shotty service from this place over the last 2 years however I'll go with the most recent incident. Some context to add to this. I have some schooling in automotive repair from when I was in trade school and will do some work myself. I decided to do my brakes myself and while doing them I wanted to get my oil done. However despite being a decently strong individual and having done the oil on my car and many other cars hundreds of times I could not break the drain plug loose even when getting an extensions bar on my wrench. I've had my oil done at caseys exclusively for the last 3 years just due to it being more convenient to spend the extra cash than the extra time and labor. I called up Carl to ask what his techs did the last time they worked on my car because it was not coming loose which is not what should happen Carl proceded to say that I'm not strong enough to turn the wrench in his all too common condescending tone he's taken up the last couple years. It took me and another person to have to break the drain plug loose with extra leverage with a breaker bar on it which for those who haven't changed their oil should not happen. The attached photos are the old drain plug and how damaged it became during the process of trying to remove it from my car. I had to walk to the auto parts store to buy a new one due to this being destroyed. And because I know Carl will have a smart reply my old drain plug took a 17mm socket to remove which fit perfectly snug on the plug I didn't use an over sized socket. The next day I stopped by Carl's business to show him the plug and how much force it took. I was calm in the beginning of my interaction saying how it wasn't that I'm not strong enough to get it loose but that his techs had over tightened the bolt and he blew me off saying he had never had an issue with a drain plug before and that I was doing it wrong and was to weak to do it. I explained how it took 2 people giving full force and extra leverage he blew me off saying I turned it the wrong way and proceeded to walk away from me. I decided I was done and to leave, saying that this should never have happened Carl and that I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and my family for even longer and that he's a coward. I then drove away to work. In that time Carl called my father who had nothing to do with any of this and scream numerous curse words at him saying if I ever step foot on his property again he'll "have his guys beat my a$$ on sight." Why are you contacting an uninvolved party to say I'm not allowed on your property? I left of my own volition without you saying to get off your property and you also have my phone number, you can call me to tell me that. Your a dishonest man Carl, you used to be better but now you've gotten greedy amd are taking advantage of the trust you've gained for the last few decades. This behavior is why you can't staff enough techs to have your other location open.

I'm not even going to go into the details of the service (lack there of) from the mission location.stay clear...I'm sure when the original owner was running things it was good...now they leave work undone and when there was work done it was shoddy. paid for an alignment, (after the other work wasn't done, tie rods) , turns out it was never done also. stay clear. $1500 lesson learned later work needs to be redone.

I have been very wary of auto shops, as in the past they always have tried to oversell services once you get an oil change, but that is not how Casey's does business. I asked them to check out my wife's brakes during an oil change, and they said they should be good for another year. They also do a lot of little things I ask. After her battery went bad (2017 Tahoe), the cruise control would not work. They told me that sometimes you just need to unhook the battery for 10 minutes. They did this, and now it works fine. Didn't charge for that. I also bring my 2017 Audi to them for service and have had no issues. Honest people with reasonable prices. Please give them a try!Services: Oil change

This place is extremely overpriced. Took in my fiance's car because the check engine light came on and she said her car was shaking. After running a $130 diagnostics check (that took about 15 minutes), they quoted an ignition coil and spark plug replacement at $400 of labor for a task that takes 30 minutes and can be done by anybody with a wrench. Do yourself a favor and avoid this joke of a business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience for my son. They messed up his car twice. And didn't want to work anything out with him. And Carl is rude. I do not recommend this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This review is way overdue. I was in major need of a new auto mechanic. Never going back to the dealership or worse a national chain that changes the signed estimate and have to back 4 times in 4 days to fix a leak that should have been caught day 1.So I found a top 5 list of mechanics, liked what I read about Casey and so glad I called for the repair. The price was exactly what he said and even got my suv back earlier than excepted. Awesome, amazing customer service definitely a return customer. Highly recommend! #1Service: Brakes

Hey Google, wrong pictures! Casey's has two shops within shouting distance of each other. You're showing pics of the shop on Johnson Drive but this listing is for the shop on Beverly.Service: Auto maintenance
