Firas was extremely kind, considerate, and composed as he helped me address all of my inquiries about the NX350h I was contemplating. He provided me with the quote I needed and mentioned that a new 2024 NX350h would arrive within 5-10 days. Within 5 days, I was driving away with my new SUV. It is truly a dream SUV.
