Find a different provider and don’t waste your time with this company. Every time I call billing I get a rude female who yesterday called me both a liar and treated me like I was stupid. This isn’t the only time, one time in the passed two years I got a lady who wasn’t rude. I been asking around and everyone I’ve talked to said they too have had issues with rude customer service. If the internet was good and reliable it wouldn’t be so bad. Paying this much for low quality internet and having to deal with rude customer service is unacceptable. I can’t wait to find a different provider.

Here lately internet has been bad, constantly going out. Today alone my internet has been out since 1:30am. They still haven't fixed it and seems like they don’t care at all. We have called multiple times and all they say is a tech is working on it. Ive been without internet all day and i have work i need to do and i can’t do a thing. Honestly tired of being lied too

On the biggest College Football day, New Years Day, Twin Valley has an outage that they say could not be helped. Missed the Rose Bowl and Sugar Bowl and every other channel that I pay for. The answer was that they were working on it as soon as they found out.....NOT TRUE. I have been with them for over 10 years because they are the ONLY cable provider in this area. If you have any other option....GO ELSEWHERE! You would think that my bill would have stayed the same but in 10 years my bill has steadily gone up, up, up, yet service has not improved!!!! If you have the option....GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! $180+ Dollars a month and a phone line that I never use!! TOTAL SCAM!!
