Michelle helped me out by going above and beyond with her customer service. She cleaned my charging port and got my phone back working. She also assisted in getting a replacement phone ordered for me. Really good experience!

So there literally is no phone number to call somebody at the store. I've wasted 20 minutes jumping through these digital assistant, nonsense hoops and now I have to drive to the store just to get my question answered. What a waste of time.

On Sunday around 3:45pm I went to this location to pick up my online order. Immediately I was hit with frustration and issues as my order hadn’t been approved or sent to the store. I had to call customer service since I placed the order online and after being transferred and holding for over 10 minutes I was hung up on. Of course I was very upset by that point and would only allow warm transfers when I called back. It was a very long process and I couldn’t get proper assistance over the phone. There was literally nothing the store could do to help since I placed my order online. The store manager Chris tried his absolute best to help me but in the end I left empty handed and very frustrated. I am giving them 5 stars because Chris and his team stayed 40 minutes after closing to try and help me because I had driven far to the store expecting to get my kids their new phones. Chris tried his best and I’m sure they’d all rather be home than on hold with customer service all evening. In the end it was determined someone changed the shipping method and we couldn’t change it to store pick up. The customer service team needs major training and reduce the amount of transfers they put customers through. The store should also be able to contact support directly and not have to jump through hoops as Chris did. It seems very unprofessional for your stores to need help and not be able to get proper support in a timely fashion.Chris and team, thank you for your patience with me and my autistic nephew. I know you all wished you could have filled our order if we could have had proper support from Customer Service.

Justin was amazing and the rest of the team too! I spent about 2 hours in the store on Sunday finally getting a new phone! Very much overdue upgrade. Justin listened to what I was looking for and explained everything he was doing to get me the best deal! Thank you to Justin and the team for making my Verizon trip easy and painless!

Best customer service and transactional experience I’ve ever had. Hank was by far the most professional, honest, and knowledgeable employee I’ve encountered in years. Verizon management team, keep this man around and give him a bonus/raise. Hank’s ability be a great salesman while simultaneously being as genuine and considerate for my situation made it easy for me to switch from ATT to Verizon after being a 20 year customer. Thanks Hank!

This was the worst experience ever. I call customer to get an upgrade, went to this location and these guys were very unprofessional. The system was down, so I had to come back. Came back the next day and they couldn't process my order because the business account had a $50 balance because of financing in the past 7 yrs?. Another

I went on Sunday to upgrade my phone, The guy That helped was so busy trying to sell me things I didn't need or want ,that I didn't even have in my box the part I needed to transfer my Apps like I asked him about, Then he told me Verizon now charges $30 for them to help you transfer items from your old phone to the new one ,Customer service is at a all time low ,And that's a big reason I have stayed with Verizon for so many years time to start looking at other options

Five stars are for the stellar customer service I received at this particular store. Chris, the Store Manager, was kind, understanding, and patient while we waited for answers from corporate for 4 hours (FOUR HOURS, Y'ALL).....and I still do not have a resolution.Verizon Corp gets ZERO STARS. All I want to do is CHANGE a business cell PHONE NUMBER and it has turned into a two-week fiasco. Chris was nothing but apologetic for all the issues that we are STILL continuing to go through, and even gave me his contact information and communicated with me on his days off. As for Verizon Corp, WOOF. What a mess, and all of this just to get a phone number changed! I would switch business carriers if it were up to me. I am stunned that simply changing a phone number is this big of a pain.

Hours of operation are loosely followed. 0910 and 3 people waiting in parking lot. Security wall still down and no sign of opening soon. Way to go.0915 update. Employee showed up. We tried to walk in and we where stopped and told it will be 15 min more till they opened.
