I purchased my current car a couple weeks ago, fair price, extremely clean vehicle, it did have a slight mechanical problem soon after but I immediately brought it in and it was fixed same day no wait time at all and no out of pocket cost to me!! “If you’re looking for an honest dealer with good people/ownership, RUN, do not walk to this lot! I found a great deal on a vehicle for my family. As a single mom of 3, a reliable vehicle at a fair price is very important for me. When purchased, my mechanic was booked and unable to do a pre-purchase inspection. All star sent me down the street to a 3rd party mechanic that offered it at no cost. Months later an issue came up that they couldn’t have known about nor did my mechanic post purchase or the 3rd party mechanic at pre purchase inspection find. Burt bent over backwards to find a reasonable solution for me to ensure it will be a good vehicle that will last me a long time. He didn’t have to, but he did.
I’ll be car shopping for my 17 yr old twin sons and my 19 yr old daughter will be replacing her truck soon.
