“Awesome shop!!! Very reasonably priced retro games, bought 10 Atari 2600 games for a dollar each! There was a good amount of games available, and it seems that stock tends to change each month, so there is always something new to look at. The staff were nice and the store has a great atmosphere!”
“Talk about TOP OF THE CHARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Move over Disney, because this Lego store has you beat! I came in knowing NOTHING about Legos. My daughter is very interested in them. While I looked around the workers told me they have Duplo Legos in a bin for my kids to play with (2 and 4). And I know stores say that but I genuinely felt like they wanted my kids to explore. There was a female worker who explained the make your own Lego people. My daughter was so excited to make one, but I had no idea how the wing accessories went on. the female worker was nothing but helpful when my daughter asked her for help not once, but twice. She took a moment to show her how to take the person apart to attach the wings.
We were easily in that store for 25+ minutes just playing and exploring. I had NO intention of buying anything ( I specifically told my kids we weren’t buying anything) but because we were able to experience playing with the items I could get an understanding of what my kids liked. The great service didn’t end there. When we went to check out the gentleman upfront made a connection with my son and he talked about his child how they both like the car legos. He told me about the Lego membership to earn rewards. So I signed up. Then he gave us a flyer to tell us about the Lego Play center in downtown KC. Which we knew nothing about this as we are a military family and just moved here. I just felt so good leaving the store. We were NEVER pressured to buy anything but more or less to enjoy our time. FANTASTIC JOB!!! You have a devoted customer from now on. Easiest $50.00 I’ve ever spent.”
“I LOVE this shop! The statues/dolls/figures are absolutely amazing! I try to drop in when I'm in the area to see what's new and even though I rarely buy anything, the staff is always super cool! Someday I'll splurge and get something! Hopefully soon!”

“What's not to love about a big ol' bookstore? It's three floors of books to explore and a fourth for movies and music. It's got a cozy little Starbucks inside, it's great. I mean, I advocate for the locally owned independent book stores, but if you gotta go chain it could be a lot worse than ol' B&N”
“My 7 year old daughter and I love this store! We often come here straight after school on Fridays to play, peruse, and yes...buy lots of new toys! They have a wonderful collection of toys with new things coming in all the time despite the smallish space, and the science section is equally impressive!Their prices are competitive and their service far greater than big box stores so please do yourself and this small business a favor and buy as many of your toys HERE and NOT at the big box stores...you will be glad you did and so will I!”

“The wide variety of products and super knowledgeable staff will have you walking out with the perfect item every time. Just tell them the age of the child you’re buying for and they will show you several options to fit your budget and the child you’re buying for. They also have TONS of games for all ages. They have a great selection of Asian candies and trinkets and beautiful tea service sets. Where I get lost is the service - it's totally lackluster. For a place that is all about smiles and a great vibe, that dampens it for me.”
