Kayla was exceptional and helped me every step of the way, even offering to make a visit to the new house. We bought a 7 year old home and planned to replace all the carpet. We didn't have unlimited access and Kayla really worked hard to make sure the carpet choices and colors would look well in the house and within our budget. We upgraded the pad at her suggestion and couldn't be more pleased. She even helped me design a furniture arrangement after we moved in and discovered the old furniture wasn't fitting the room well. It looks great now. Tge staff was knowledgeable,professional, personable, approachable and great at problem solving and service.Choose Signature Flooring and you won't be disappointed!

I would HIGHLY recommend Signature Flooring. They are one of the first contractors/companies we have worked with to not only get back to us when they said they would, but they also completed the project with just as much efficiency. They were professional, friendly, and great communicators. They also did a phenomenal job on the hardwood floors, especially matching the color of hardwood we already had in the house!

Signature Flooring installed a LVP floor in our bathroom and main walk-in closet and needed to remove a tile floor. They were super careful and did everything possible to minimize the dust and mess. They were efficient and professional and we’re thrilled with the finished product. SF also installed a backslash in our kitchen and they listened to what we wanted and even took the time to make adjustment to tiles in an area that wasn’t predominantly visible so the ends were whole tiles. We had SF install LVP in our family room, laundry and a bathroom about 5 years ago and had the same quality experience. It’s nice to know they have maintained their standards in todays different & challenging market.

Thanks to the ladies at Signature Flooring, I ordered correctly (after one misstep) the 4 cartons of engineered hardwoods I needed for an update job. Both Michelle and Kayla helped me to get this order done and ordered. Their customer service was impeccable.

Signature Flooring installed hardwood in my kitchen and living area about 3 months ago (January 2022). It was a great experience starting with their help on floor selection and financing through the installation process. I am delighted with my floor every day! I appreciated that they have a showroom where I could browse and take samples home, and were knowledgeable and happy to answer my many questions. Great job!
