There's really no reason to search anywhere else for an honest, ethical, affordable, reliable mechanic. Old school customer service (I say old school in a positive way), hard work ethic and fast service. I worked with Tim and I felt comfortable that he was telling me the truth and giving me a reasonable price. I don't really care what part of the KC metro area you live in, they are worth the drive to Merriam, KS for their services. They are located off I-35 and 67th Street on the frontage road, or you can also get there off Shawnee Mission Parkway. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend scheduled an oil change early on Friday morning. We show up to change our cars and the person at the front desk told my boyfriend that the person who is supposed to do his oil change is out sick and there was nothing they could do for him. The front desk guy even asked "didn't you get a call?" Obviously if we did, we wouldn't have made the early morning drive. We won't be returning.

I am truly impressed with honesty of this business. I was told by another garage that my car needed major suspension repairs, to the tune of almost $2,500. I really wanted a second opinion. My neighbor recommended Brad at Rod's, as someone she had used and trusted for many years. He examined my car and told me there was not a thing wrong with it, then refused to take any money at all for his time and effort. I will be a customer for life! Janeen A.
