Frozen coffee machines are almost always frozen over so they won’t dispense, not frozen at all because they weren’t turned on, or have a “not in service” sticker. Buy another 4 machines, switch them out when they break. Have an employee check the coffee area regularly.

Upon visiting city. Went in and had to wait for receipt because cashier did not know how to put paper in cash register. In rush to go to movie, I noticed they overcharged me $.60 for my donuts. Called Austin manager and he said no way to refund me unless I come in or call customer service. I don't live in city. I told him I could send my sisters at their earliest convenience but he said they would have togo in when he is there. As communicating with his 5 managers would be difficult. Sounds like a communication problem which is now my problem. Great customer service!

Quick service, clean store and bathrooms. Directly off the highway so it was easy to get back on the highway and didn't have to go out of the way.

For the kitchen staff. They never acknowledge you when you walk up to pick up your order. I did there for 10 minutes before I had to ask if my pizza order was done. Which it was and she said. I didn’t know you were waiting on that. I said you and the guy never asked you guys ignored me like I wasn’t even here.

We were having a rough day finding our tire had gone almost entirely flat only to get to QuikTrip around 3:30pm to find the air nozzle for your Free Air Machine had been obliterated. An employee came to the rescue! He was very helpful and replaced the nozzle for us so we could leave your parking lot. Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you!

Always clean. Fast service. Good food. Friendly staff. The only complaint is that they seem to have stopped carrying Munchos chips. QuikTrip was the only place I could find them and now none of them do. Please bring them back!

They are working very hard to build their staff back up. The older gentleman in the morning does an excellent job of customer service in spite of the lack of help.
