Emily went above and beyond to help me today. She was really kind and professional, not just to me but to everyone in the store. It's amazing how much she cares about doing things right without making anyone feel rushed. A big thank you to Office Max for having such a nice person like Emily on their team!

I ordered curbside pick up a few days ago and it was ready within 10 minutes. Impressive service by the lady who works in that section, didn't catch her name! She is a stellar employee. Very reliable. Very customer friendly. Excellent at her job. Shout out to you if you see this!!

Eric was so helpful! I came in 5 to 10 minutes before close wanting to print class notes. I was having major technical complications on my end. He was so kind and patient with me and helped me print my notes, even though it was minutes before close. Thanks Eric!

The HP ink 64 I purchased from Office Depot, it was not printing well, may be dried out within a year and I got about only 20 sheet from it.I’ll try to get a refund or exchange.

5 star service provided by Emily Burns the print manager. She always has a great attitude. Always willing to help. She’s just an amazing person. We run a moving and junk removal business and her works on helping us design our cards and flyers have helped tremendously. Owning a business it’s hard to come across good employees. She is the prime example of leadership. Her customer service is impeccable. I know that woman will go far in life. Thank you so much Emily! I have come to this location for years when I need photocopies, and even when the staff is busy, I have waited for them to see me. but this time the employees were not busy and I explained to them that I do not have a card to use the photocopier, they did not want to serve me in the service area, according to them because they were busy. then the young man helped me use the photocopy machine. however, customer service changed my expectations in this location ?

I bought an external hard drive from here. I could not get this product to work on any of my computers, personal or work, and they did not allow me to return it since I attempted the return beyond their two week window, which I did because I sincerely tried to make it work and took the time to seek out technology support outside of office max before deciding to try to return. I tried to reformat it, download software to make it compatible, and tried to research different ways to make it work. I’m not a technology genius but really wanted this to work, however it should not be this hard for someone even slightly technology savvy. I didn’t get a cent back for the expensive paper weight.

I am not one to do a google review, but my experience today at this location was disappointing to say the least. I brought a packet of stickers to the desk and asked the employee if he could print stickers for candles I was making for a wedding. He said there were other people in front of me that had put in orders. I said I understood, but asked if there was any way to get a sample sticker done to make sure it looked correct and was center. He said okay. I purchased the packet of stickers. He then printed 4 pages, and handed them to me. I told him they were not center, so he printed 4 more - which were also not center. I pointed this out, and he told me there was nothing he could do over and over (in a very disrespectful tone) and blamed it on the pdf I sent him. I told him I used the Avery template that the packet of stickers requires. He continued stating there was nothing he could do. I asked him if I’d be refunded, as I had already purchased the packet and they were not usable. He began telling me that was against policy, and again - was incredibly rude with how he spoke to me. I requested to speak to a manager. As I began speaking with the manager, the employee interrupted and was re-telling the story incorrectly - speaking over me. I asked him if I could please explain what happened. The manager listened to me, and gave me a partial refund. When I told the manager I didn’t appreciate how I was spoken to or how this was handled, he offered no apology whatsoever, and chuckled as I walked out.
