The binding was done incorrectly and to make it right the store manager paid for the digital file himself so the store could reprint and rebind my notebooks according to how I wanted. Then I received all the work for free. This is top notch customer service that is extremely rare. Use the print department!!!!”

They were able to prep the copy machines beforehand to minimize business disruption during installation. After the installation, they worked and followed up with us to make sure every problem and/or training issue was addressed. “I have used the print department numerous times to bind notebooks for our homeschool that I have purchased and printed myself. This time my order was bound incorrectly and the store called to explain the situation. Without being asked, the store manager then proceeded to purchase the digital file himself so they could reprint and rebind according to how I wanted. That was not a cheap digital file. When I went to pick up the order they did not charge me for the binding either. This is top notch customer service which is extremely hard to find these days! Use the print department!!!”

“CMV DRIVERS BE AWARE THAT EVERY ROAD LEADING UP TO THIS LOCATION HAS ? NO TRUCKS ? SIGNS POSTED!!! Take I-435 to Johnson DR Exit 6C, head West on Johnson heading towards Mid America Sports Complex. You'll see a No Truck Sign ?, ignore it I KNOW I KNOW IT SOUNDS BAD. Turn left after the railroad overpass. I parked next to the mailboxes and walked. To docks may seem a bit tight and intimidating, but trust me there is enough room to back a 53 into the dock. You're just gonna have to Jack Knive it into position. One way in, and one way out around the building. I had one truck ahead of me, but the wait time was not too bad.”
