Nationwide auto is a horrendous place to buy from. I went and purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano from these people, off the bat I saw the tires needed replaced and they changed one set of tires on an AWD vehicle (if you know anything about AWD that’s a big no no.) I test drove it and it seemed fine the car swayed but I figured I could get the shocks checked out after purchasing and fix them. That day I immediately took it and got a set of all new tires put on it and afterwards it made the car seat worse, took it to Dream Nissan in KCK to have the entire car checked out the very next day and was quoted 18,300$. The car needed an entire new suspension all the way around the transmission needed to be rebuilt, the rear shocks had no fluid in them, motor mounts were shot, fluid leaking from transmission and power steering. After asking them repeatedly while making the purchase about their shop and if the be hike was in gold outstanding condition and if they checked everything I was reassured that it was good, it was not. After getting that quote from Dream Nissan I immediately called and told them I needed to speak to a manager which they refused to do, I had to play around with someone else for 45 minuets before getting in contact with a manager. When bringing these issues to the manager, Luis, he refused to take responsibility for “standing behind their cars” I told them I wanted my deposit back and out the car and I want reimbursed for the brand new tires I put the vehicle they did not agree to that whatsoever I only got 500 back on 1300$ tires. These people are absolute crooks and only want your money they do not care what condition the vehicle is in and do not stand behind they’re cars, buyers beware!

Very nice and helpful. I got a really great car. Unfortunately, the advertisement said good tires, but two were so bald on the inside they would not pass inspection in Missouri. I was told
"Sorry about that, unfortunately with tires we are a limited when it comes to that. The ads are auto-populated and they might have forgot to remove good tires from there.".
I had originally given them 5 stars, but had to edit due to the false advertisement.
So $700 later. . .

Update: Nationwide installed a new transmission. Car was dropped off on Saturday, and ready for pickup on Tuesday! This dealership is THE dealership to buy from!!! Every interaction with them has been amazing. I am beyond grateful that we purchased from them. Edit: Nationwide really took complete responsibility with the issues the car was having. Installed the brakes for us at cost, and managed to remove the wheel locks as well. They proved repeatedly that they stand behind what they sell. I'm very pleased with them, and would shop there again. - Initially things went really well with this dealership. The transmission began to slip badly very quickly after purchase of vehicle. We were assured they would take care of it. Brought car back twice, so they could flush the transmission. Was told they would schedule to have a new transmission put in. Left 3 messages, with no return call. Now I can't get anyone to even put brakes on the car because it was sold to us with wheel locks on it. Dealer initially told me that we wouldn't have any issues with that, and that everyone has a tool (besides them). Frustrated that my teen son's first car, and we are having this experience. We also had a thermostat needing replaced right away, which they did honor.
