Today at 12:00PM I went to T-Mobile quivira Rd, and the cashier don't wanna take the phone troubles of the other persons, She just wanna take the payments and receipts. I already do my payment and I never receive my internet.

Fraud going on at this location. The person working there was overly concerned about commission and signed me up for insurance despite never asking me if I wanted it. Additionally, pricing was described in an unclear way, after I said I needed 3 lines they said it would be $90 but it would need to be set up as three separate accounts at $40 each. Obviously that math doesn't add up, but also, why would I possibly need separate accounts per line? Shady stuff. Management, contact me if you want the name of the person who helped me.

Tried to get my old plan and she said we don’t have this plan anymore went to a different store i got even better plan than my old one … ( even my old plan was still available)

Went to Metro by T-Mobile in Lenexa and the store rep ( ana) that helped me knew what she was doing and got me out of the store within 10 minutes

Absolutely incredible customer service. Extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, and helpful. Mona was the absolute best person I could have found to help me with switching my service over!! She was friendly as well as professional and she did everything she could to get me the help I needed! As long as she is working here I will go out of my if I have to get to her store; I don’t want to work with anyone else because she is the best!

I'd like to firstly say that Mona, I believe her name was, she was an amazing help when I went in last week. Me and my sister were only planning on getting a quote, yet I we ended up buying a new phone regardless. Mona helped walk us through everything and was such an amazing sweetheart. Customer service was amazing, and I'm incredibly impressed! Definitley would recommend for all phone and Internet stuff. Keep up the stellar work ma'am, and thank you so much for walking us silly kids through it all.

I plan on getting service through a different provider asap. I just bought this phone about a month ago. I haven't downloaded anything unusually large. I have about 150 photos and 7 new apps since getting the phone. I was having storage issues and I was told I need to "delete my things" by the trainee when my things were only taking up 1% of the storage. Made no sense! Then finally another woman was trying to help me and she couldn't fix it. So then I was told to go to a repair shop. I expected a new working phone after spending that kind of money. Now, I expect a refund.

ALERT !!! Terrible customer service. Abuse, Razism, Rudeness, Scammers, Abuse of power... Agent - Ashley. Manager-Alma. Even the owner of the store. Scammers. They do not explain the terms to you and act at their convenience. They steal your money and then are not responsible for their poor work. The worst phone company in KANSAS.
