put my truck in the shop for hail damage and fixing rust spots...hail done wonderfully...paint was terrible...runs in bumper...chip spots were not done at all...when I went to get it...I was asked if I had 30 minutes when I got there..the rust and chips were touched with a bottle of touch up paint...nothing else....the body shop sent the truck to a dent place for the hail....very little paint work done and done poorly..worst 7 grand I every spent..head light that was damaged in hail storm. still in place...I feel like I paid them to garage my truck during the day...women in the office where super nice...wish they adittude spoke for the shop.

Merriam Auto Body employees performed excellent repair to extensive body and windshield damage after I hit a deep pot hole in my Nissan Juke. Merriam's courteous and proficient Employees then detailed my embarrassingly dirty car with a magical make over! It looks like new and even runs better! I will be back to Merriam for all future collision and detailing needs.

I took my Chevy Silverado to the body shop to have both, bedsides replaced , and repainted. Jeff and his guys did an awesome job. My old 2011 looks like a new truck again. It's a family run business, good people very honest and upfront. Just in our conversations, I could tell he is very particular and takes pride in his work.

About a couple months ago we had a bad storm and a SUV hydroplaned into me. Come to find out the man that hit me was the manager of a body shop. His name is Jeff Bard and he works at Merriam BODY SHOP. From the get go he told he would take care of it at no expense and that it would look better than before. Man was he right. When I got the car back it def looked better than before and he did it for free as he said, and he even put two new tires on my car. He also got an alignment done for me. Integrity is hard to find these days so to have someone of his character working at a shop that also does great quality work is a gem and something that we all should value. A week later I went and had them redo my back bumper that had previously been damaged and they gave me a great price and again, the work was fantastic. They have a life time customer and I will never go anywhere else and I would encourage anyone and everyone to go here for your body work. Thanks again to Jeff Bard and his crew.

Very poor initial experience. We took our vehicle in for an estimate and spent roughly an hour between the dent place they sent us to and here. They talked about everything and promised an estimate. The estimate came and was missing a large number of items including the windshield that needed replaced. We pointed out the missing items and it was once again sent back missing items. We will be taking our business elsewhere due to concerns about their ability to capture issues. It was a waste of our time to go in there to get an estimate. It was your shop so please don't try to discredit us unless you have multiple businesses that send emails from a Merriam Body Shop address. We are not requesting another response from you.

Merriam Auto Body they helped me out of a tight spot. My driverside door would close or open. They did a temporary fix so I could us3 the door until I got it fixed. Thank you guys..

Everyone was great!! I highly recommend this shop. I really love the ladies in the front, they are wonderful and make you feel like a valued customer. As a woman, we don’t always have that experience at car shops! But the work spoke for itself. I was rear ended by a truck in a parking lot so my minivan had seen better days. Merriam Auto body did a great job of making it look good again and fixing my power lift hatch that stopped working after the collision. With 4 kids, I need that thing to work! Charlie's Car Wash at 151st & Metcalf ripped the paint off of my right side view mirror head. They refused to pay for it. I went to 3 repair places near my home to get an estimate for me to pay and was ripped off by all three with an outrageous price & wait time. I finally decided to go to Merriam Body Shop where I had great work done many moons ago. Their estimate was perfect for me to pay. AND they worked me in because it was a small job. So grateful for Merriam Body Shop! I highly recommend them!

After an insurance nightmare at a different shop (they gave me an estimate that was far over total value for my repairs), I finally took my vehicle to Merriam Body Shop for a second estimate. They took care of me and got my estimate approved through State Farm right away. The work included getting a new door and a blended paint job for my Lexus. They took great care of my vehicle! The paint job looked nice and the car was cleaner inside and out when I got it back than it was when I dropped it off. I'm putting 4 stars only because it took about a month to get it back and sometimes it was hard to get in touch. They were very busy at the time I brought it in. They were really nice people and I recommend!Services: Painting

I chose to give Merriam Body Shop a chance to earn my business because they are a sponsor on a podcast I listen to. I called on a Monday to make an appointment for an estimate. They called back on Tuesday or Wednesday. I went in for an estimate on Thursday and they said it would take 48 hours to get it to me. I still hadn’t heard from them 7 days later. I called to get an update and once again, had to leave message. At this point it’s been longer than a week and I never heard back.I’m in a line of work that deals with crashed vehicles on a daily basis and am frequently asked for recommendations. I doubt I will be recommending Merriam Body Shop again.
