Tried to purchase a car online from this dealership, worked with sales staff all morning while at work, I get a call at 2:30pm everything looks great when can you come in and test drive, made appt. for 6:00pm after work, get a text at 4:30pm car has been sold, this is not how you treat customers, will never recomend or purchase a vehicle from this dealership, and i'm not the only one another reviewer had the same thing happen to them except they were in the store, wow that's crappy customer service. Why would anybody want to buy a car online from you just to have it sold before they can get there.

Though I was unable to negotiate the deal I'd hoped for, I ultimately purchased the used vehicle I had my eye on. Randy Robinson, the sales associate I was working with, I believe advocated for my best interests with his management team. He was timely in responding to my communications, and accommodating in allowing me the "space" to alleviate concerns I had regarding the vehicle.
That said, I hate car shopping/dealing, so I will stop at 4 stars for that reason. Randy, however, made it a much more pleasant experience!

The staff here are rude and treat people poorly. They are only about the sale and want you out of their way as quickly as possible so they can get on to the next. No time to ask questions or look at more then one vehicle. If the first one isn't it, they want nothing to do with you. It would not let me respond to comment about no record of me, however, I can assure you, I was, and even had other people with me.

Randy Robison is the Salesman of the decade!! Nice, no pressure, sincere, talks to Ladies professionally and pleasant, not like "Where is your husband" attitude. Worked with me from the moment I walked thru the door, from test drive to the final signing. Even called 2 weeks later to see how my QX60 was working out and said if you need anything to reach to him.
The service department-Dave Grooms is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. This dealership is a great place to purchase a car!! I will be a returning customer and I will refer them to anyone!

Infiniti Nissan Elevated Automotive you guys rock, I've been to many other dealership for my vehicle service and my Experience wasn't always the greatest. The only time any one really spoke you was checking in, and checking you out. Thats not the case here at Infiniti. Mr. Spence and Mr. Derrick go up and above to check on the customers and keep them well informed of the Status of their vehicle awesome guys.
