Please do not go to this Home Depot store if you are looking for any sort of home remodeling work to be done. We recently purchased 2 new sliding doors for our home from this location, and the experience was anything but pleasant: 1. Had to go, in person, to the store 4 times to set up an install date for our two new doors. Twice, the customer service representative was late to our scheduled meetings, so our 30 minute meeting was cut short to 10 minutes. Super inconsiderate of people's time. 2. Initial install date was pushed back 3 months from their original estimated install date. 3. Signed up for a credit card to help pay the doors off in chunks. Before we even had the door installed, I received multiple aggressive emails every month beforehand saying I had to pay a minimum balance on my card, or else I would be charged extra. 4. During the date of installation, it was brought to our attention that the manufacturer ordered the wrong door to be installed. 5. The installer, the day of, didn't install our second door and instead left a hole in our wall. They were planning on \"coming back and finishing installation\" once the manufacturer had the right parts. Turns out, the manufacturer wasn't going to have those new parts available for over a month. Had to convince them to install the wrong door for the time being, or we would have been left with plywood where our door was going to be at for over a month during the coldest time of the year. 6. Called the store 4 times before I was able to talk to the person handling my case. Their status was \"they will get back to me when they hear from the manufacturer\". 2 weeks later, and have yet to hear back on the status of our door. 7. *Extra cherry on top* I had finally gotten an email back from Home Depot about my installation. Turns out, it was an email meant for ANOTHER customer, informing them that the damaged parts from their order were going to be replaced... by the same manufacturer. It's therapeutic to know I'm not the only one having the same subpar experience from this location. Please do not go with Home Depot for any home improvement project you have. Absolutely horrific customer experience.

I am usually overly excited to recommend this Home Depot location. This has been my neighborhood Home Depot for over 5 years. However, I am very sad to announce after the way I was treated by their employee Christina working the entrance. This lady is rude, loud and her intent is to belittle customers. I will never in life set foot in this location maybe not in a home depot altogether.

I used their in store pickup, they have lockers at the entrance. The customer service rep needs to unlock it for you but this makes life super easy. ! Definitely recommend shop to store.

went in to purchase a couple of items for my Greenhouse. there was one check out and it was self-serve. multiple people in line. I won't go to a self-serve checkout I left my cart just sitting there you lost my business heading to Ace

This store was terrible yesterday. All I needed was two 2"X3" aluminum downspouts for guttering. They only had five in the bin, one was smashed, three were coming apart at the seam, and one was in the wrong bin (it was plastic). I called it to a manager's attention and he seemed to care less, says guttering is out of season, seriously? He said they only get it once a month, but I was welcome to special order it. I told him that wasn't necessary, I would just go to Lowe's and buy it (I did). Customer service here is terrible.

I take my dog for social and for walks, the staff is friendly and outgoing plus great bargains too, not all Home Depot are the same and this one knows me and that makes me feel special too
