“Always gotta love IKEA! I have to say they have a very large assortment of items that can often be mixed and matched with multiple color combinations as well.any items are quite affordable however there are a few things that can be overpriced and sometimes quality if iffy, but I think most people know this going into IKEA. Their restaurant inside is very delicious and I highly recommend the veggie balls to any vegetarian IKEA-goers!”

“We love Kristina and the store because they care enough about the customer to keep things fresh, new, interesting, and plentiful! The store is vibrant and buzzing with energy all the time! But the best time is if you're shopping for something related to Hometown Spirit or local team love. They have entire rooms of Royals and Chiefs merch, but there's also things for ku, k-state, lots of local high schools, including some of the private Catholic schools which is kind of challenging stuff to come by unless you are buying directly from a booster club! I challenge anyone to walk in the store and not walk out buying something. If anything I think it can feel a little overwhelming to people because there's so many cool things. But that's also a really good thing because this means there is no one and nothing like this store in the Kansas City area. You're going to want to go out of your way to drive over here, Trust me. Bring the birthday list and the whole Christmas list. You're welcome.”
“Mori is very knowledgeable about the different kinds of rugs. He enjoys sharing what he knows and providing helpful tips that prolong the life of your rug. Care and attention is given to making the rugs look the best in every way. I will continue to use Accents Galleria to care for my rugs in the future.”

“Purchasing our sofa and ottoman from Basset Furniture in KC was a fantastic experience. The showroom is well-appointed, and the furniture itself appears to be very high quality. I worked with Rachel, who was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, very patient as I took my time making decisions, very kind, and provided valuable insight into their specific products including a wide variety of fabrics for customization of our furniture. She was readily available when I came into the showroom, and also very responsive when we were emailing about purchase decisions. It is so helpful to be able to bring fabric samples home to see them in your own space. I also love that Bassett furniture is made in the United States. I am excited to see the finished products when they are delivered! I never considered going anywhere else for this purchase, and we will continue to choose Basset for any future furniture needs. Highly recommend!”

“I was able to find a dog bed and there was many options available. The store was well merchandised and well maintained. The checkouts were slow due to the lack of cashiers but another cashier arrived and the line of customers dwindled quickly.”

“This is my second experience working with Lyn at Quilted Memories. The first time I ordered a quilt for my son going off to college. I live in Virginia, and was a little unsure if we would be able to work from a distance and still get a nice outcome. The quilt was FANTASTIC. He absolutely loved it when he received it and still loves it two years later. I love how well it is holding up.I just ordered a second quilt for my daughter who is now going to be a freshmen in college. She absolutely lit up when she saw it. I collect t-shirts from friends and family members rather than making one from her old t-shirts. She loved how the t-shirts were stitched together, and wanted to know each and every person who contributed -although some of them she recognized right away. She was so excited, and I know that quilt is already comforting since she is nervous about leaving home.I LOVE working with Lyn. She is so nice and really responsive. She just makes the whole thing easy, and I trust her completely.One of the shirts we used was from my Dad’s uniform in Vietnam. She used part of it in my son’s quilt, saved the remnants, and sent them back to me. We then used a remnant in the second quilt. She is so very thoughtful.I cannot rate this business highly enough. I have a third child, and you can bet that I will be back to get one made for her. Thank you Quilted Memories for making such special gifts and doing it with so much care and attention!”

“This shop is very cool with craft items and houseware from all over the world. The designs are very neat and I will be coming here for any gift ideas I might need. “One of my favorite shops to visit in downtown OP! They always have such fun items to browse and look at it. It is a good mix of locally made products, and national products that are a little less known or super quirky. They always have good house music playing in the store and I always enjoy walking around the store. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant, which is a huge bonus. it is definitely a good store to visit if you are looking for a gift, knick-knacks, retro candy, fun kitchen items (ex. oven mitts with funny/crude sayings on them), candles, stationary, toys, and pretty much everything in between!”
