Was assisting my parents at getting a reliable and affordable vehicle. Went into Hendricks in hopes of finding what we needed. Instantly upon entrance we were greeted with a warm welcome by Jacob and the staff of Hendrick’s. Discussing with Jacob our simple needs and what we had in mind. He was very attentive and understanding. He gave us clear understanding of how the process works and what they had available. After seeing some options we found what we needed and fully believe that it was a great experience. The process was easy and would encourage more people who are in the market to add a vehicle “GO see Jacob Sanchez” and the team at Hendrick Toyota of Merriam!!

Service Provider, Ashton Jennings, was super helpful when my car needed service while we were road tripping across the country. We made an appointment when we were hours away in Illinois and pulled into the dealership and waited and an hour and a half later we were back on the road, headed to Colorado. It was so kind of then to get us in and serviced so quickly! Thank you for your efficient and friendly service!
