It has been 17 years since I purchased a new Lexus. I walked in without an appointment, and the receptionists at the front desk kindly assured me not to worry. They assured me that they would find someone to assist me in finding a new SUV. They connected me with a wonderful gentleman named Firas Tohmeh, who served as a sales consultant. Firas was extremely kind, considerate, and composed as he helped me address all of my inquiries about the NX350h I was contemplating. He provided me with the quote I needed and mentioned that a new 2024 NX350h would arrive within 5-10 days. Within 5 days, I was driving away with my new SUV. It is truly a dream SUV. The entire team at this Lexus dealership was kind and highly helpful. I want to express my gratitude to both Firas and Joshua from the finance team.

As I was getting out of the car a car pulled up and said I will be right with you. Young Man came up and introduced himself and said his name was Nick( Nick Anderson). He was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle that I purchased. The customer service was excellent. Go see Nick if you need a car.

I recently purchased a Lexus GX550 from Hendrick Lexus in Merriam. The sales team (particularly Ruth) was accommodating throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my selection.
Unfortunately, my experience with the finance and business offices were less than ideal. I found them both inflexible and unwilling to negotiate on any terms, likely due to my decision to finance the vehicle through an external lender. It's disheartening that this aspect of the transaction was so difficult.

I wish with everything in me I could give this dealership zero stars. I worked with this dealership to have a 2022 Lexus NX F Sport shipped from a sister dealership in California. The car ended up getting sold from underneath us with having a deposit put on it and working out a deal. We were going to pay for shipping and everything - This was going to be a wedding gift for my soon to be wife. I worked with Raian who was kind and helpful but I am extremely disappointed that Hendricks Lexus would hire other deceitful people that would rather make a quick buck than hold up their side of an agreement.

Kevin Leister at Hendricks Lexus just helped me get the used Lexus GX 460 that I have been looking for. Because I live in OKC and didn’t have time to travel to Kansas City, it was about a 2 week process. However, Kevin was there from my first inquiry until it was delivered to my driveway. We have an older sc430 with very low miles that carries a tremendous sentimental value to us. Robert Cheng was our service rep & did a fantastic job keeping us informed on the cars status. We also felt very comfortable leaving the car in his hands. The service technician also provided a video discussing his findings & we really appreciated his transparency. The service department receives our highest recommendation. You can’t go wrong by requesting Robert!!
