Had an excellent experience at the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet. I had to bring my 2021 Honda civic in for some minor damage and everyone I met with was very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining the repair estimate to me and the estimated time it would take to make repairs. They kept me updated along the way so I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. When the work was finished. The reviewed everything with me and even had my car cleaned. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone who needs repair work done.

I chose Hendrick Collision because I felt the most comfortable about their explanation of my quote. They were easy to work with and even went above and beyond to take my car to its dealership to get a recall fix while it was in the shop and fully cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They also kept me in the loop when contacting my insurance company to ensure the repairs could get done as fast as possible. I would recommend Hendrick Collision to anyone. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help. I appreciated them taking the time to explain all of the charges and working with insurance company to make sure everyone got paid for correctly. Their location is close to where I work right on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Merriam. They kept my vehicle locked up inside so I knew it was safe. I have referred others to this collision center and they all had a similar great experience. I would definitely use them again.

Had a good experience at the collision center. All of the staff kept me informed of my vehicles status while getting repaired. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company to get me a rental vehicle while the repairs were being done. When my vehicle was completed, they took the time to wash and vacuum it. My vehicle was victim to the Kia/Hyundai trend, and it was suggested by my insurance to bring it here for repairs. I have to say, some parts of the repair process were frustrating, but as someone who works in customer service, so much of this was out of the hands of those working on the repairs! I am incredibly happy with the professionalism that Ashlie, whom I worked with, displayed. She was polite and answered all of my questions. (There was a lot!) She made sure that I was taken care of and the excellent customer service she displayed is what made me give a 5 star review. I hope I never have to come here again, (because no one wants their car to be almost stolen!), but, I would take my business here again if that happened again knowing I would be in good hands.Thank you Ashlie and the rest of the team who completed my repair- it is greatly appreciated!!Services: Auto glass repair

I had to get my 2017 Honda Civic in for some suspension work as I crashed into a ditch. I was greeted promptly by Clarissa and she was very polite and got me an estimate quickly. She answered all of my questions and assisted me with contacting my insurance company to get all repairs paid for. It took about a week for my vehicle to get completed due to some parts delay. She kept informed of my vehicle every step of the way. When my vehicle was complete, they took the time to wash and vacuum the interior. I really appreciated that. I’ve used the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet and they have always been quick and easy to work with. I had an issue with my bumper as it didn’t fit just right. They were able to get me in within a few days and were able to install new clips to have the bumper fit flush with the rest of the vehicle. They took their time explaining the process to me and even washed and vacuumed my vehicle before returning it to me. Had to take my Jeep in after an accident and they were so helpful. I ended up having to leave it there for an extended time due to parts delays and the nature of the damage. they were very up front with me on time completion and what to expect. They worked with my insurance company and we’re able to get me into a rental vehicle from enterprise. They updated me every few days to let me know the status of the repairs. All in all I would certainly use them again if i’m ever need of repairs.Services: Painting

Great experience at the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet. From start to finish they kept me informed with my vehicles' status every step of the way. I was in a collision and was able to get my vehicle towed up there after hours and left my keys in their secure drop box. They called me first thing that Monday to let me know they had received my vehicle and they would be working to get it in the shop quickly. They were able to get an estimate for the repairs that very same day and worked with my insurance company directly. When I received my vehicle back it was brand new again, it actually looked better before the accident. I recommend bringing your vehicle here if you are in need of any light to major collision repairs. They will treat you right and keep you updated every step of the way!!!!! Great!!1Services: Tires

Had a good experience at the body shop at Hendrick Chevrolet. Just took my vehicle in for some minor repairs. They were able to get me in quickly without an appointment. It took awhile to get the parts but they kept me informed every step of the way. They helped arrange a rental vehicle for me through my insurance.
