Malik was very professional and hard working in order to perfect my final numbers on the vehicle I wanted. He was patient with me while I was going back and forth with him. It made me feel respected instead of most people aka dealerships forcing you with a final number that you don't appreciate. Thanks Malik so much for your patience and professionalism!

He was able to explain some stuff for me & actually break it down in a way I could understand it versus using big dealer terms. I have to say his customer service & personality will definitely be the reason I return once I am ready to purchase a vehicle.

I want to take this opportunity to THANK Misty Shelley at Hendrick Chevrolet in Shawnee KS for a more than 5 star experience!
She was very thorough when we first sat down with her...she took the time to find out exactly what we were and were not looking for and she took the initiative to think outside of "our" box (we told her we didn't think we would like a white vehicle) for us and nailed the perfect truck for us with the first try! We were both very impressed!
I do have to share with you that before arriving at Hendrick Chevrolet, we completely thought we had found the perfect used truck for us from an individual...we just wanted to make sure we did our due diligence to test drive a new truck as well but during our "thorough interview" (which I really appreciated she took that time with us!) we did tell her about the truck we thought was the one for us and that if she had any used trucks that would fit into the certain criteria we were looking for, we'd be open to looking at a used one as well.
She quickly researched and went and pulled up a used truck for us to look at before we started with new ones. She did pre-warn us that it may not be the color we had anticipated but would we at least be open to look at this used truck. We said sure.
After 39 years together, I know my husband very well and when he was standing there at first looking at the "pearl white" truck she had selected, his body language was not only no but HELL NO! I convinced him to be open minded and at least take it for a test drive. Misty's expertise on pointing out all the little features and walking him through how to use/adjust everything is what made him completely change his mind and fall in love with "Pearl" as we're now calling her!
Misty is so amazing at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable of all the extras especially on this slightly used truck with every bell and whistle you can think of! Due to her expertise, we are now proud owners of a truck that may be the same year as what we thought was the "perfect truck" for us but far exceeds the options we would have gotten with the other truck, has less miles, and still well within our price point!!
Misty is quite the opposite of the stereotypical "car salesperson"...never any pressure, super funny and genuinely interested in hearing what we had to say...quite the fresh breath of air!
I will proudly share the experience my husband and I had with Misty with family and friends and highly recommend her!!
She made our experience an amazing one for sure!?
Oh and ... we didn't even try a new truck because she did such a fantastic job upfront communicating that it was a one and done deal!! ??
