I have used/talked to Greg several times over the past several years. No matter how simple or complicated the issue turns out to be, Greg is always helpful. He is kind and considerate while talking to you. If he has to access your computer by remote access, he will ask permission on every step and won't add or delete anything before confirming with you beforehand. Texted Greg on the phone and got an estimate and time to bring lap tops. Problems solved while I waited and stuck with his estimate. No up charges for "surprise" problems. Professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I will repeat business and refer others. He is a great find in the dog eat dog world we live in these days.
