“LINDSAY!! She is amazing!! I’m not sure if she is manager but 100% should be! She is the biggest blessing! We originally went in for my significant other to get jeans - ended up buying a full outfit for me and his jeans! I tried on 15+ jeans and not once did Lindsay give up on me!! She made me feel like the a vip! I am so picky picking clothes for myself and she was so patient with me and my undeceiveness. 100% so thankful for her and making me feel the way I want and feeling on top of the world!”

“I was desperately needing to find something for my niece baptism, and I am so happy I found Lauren Alexandra. Located in a charming neighborhood of Brookside, it is really easy to find and a lot of available street parking. As soon as I walked through the door, Becca came to assist me and helped me find the perfect gifts. The style is very unique. You won't find anything here in your local Target or department stores. I love all the cute outfits for both genders. Great place if you are looking for a babyshower gift or special occasions. They have things that you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommend.”

The prices are much cheaper than upscale department stores, and their knockoff designer brands aren't that bad. Look for yourself, and you be the judge. “I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

“The employees are really nice and upbeat in a genuine way. I love their swift shirts. This might be tmi, but I'll share. At my age, I've started maybe getting hot flashes and sweating profusely. They have a silver infused line of tops that really help with comfortable sweat wicking and have anti odor technology that actually works. The material is the most comfortable of all sweat wicking materials I've ever worn. My picky 8 year old loves the material, as well. Extremely well made, though it didn't 100% stay intact in one of the knees when she went scraping them across the cement. Still excellent excellent quality. The shirts look, feel, and perform better than the lulumon equivalent with anti odor technology. Though, I do love the lulumon jackets.”

“Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure.”

“I live within a walking distance of the store which is great when I need last minute gifts. Their home decor stuff is so cute!! It is a little bit on the pricer side but the quality of everything is so good. I love everything I get there and its totally worth it. Ive gotten some great gifts there as well for friends, family and even little kids. The women that work there are helpful when you need them. They also do a great job gift wrapping. This store is small but mighty in what they carry.”

“I really enjoy the basic heavy hoodies from the men's section as well as some basic other pieces from the women's, even though generally the store does not suit my style. The location is about on par with any other old navy location or similar store; mostly young, friendly staff but a little messy due to the amount of product they are moving. And there's always a fat clearance section.”
