“With the "new normal" that appears to include material shortages and angry retailers (and customers) the folks at REW continue to get almost everything for almost everyone. The yard guys work ridiculously hard loading company trucks and customers and at the end of what was probably a 11 hour day (I snuck in at 16:55 just as they were closing the gate) the one yard guy left gave me a little guff, but good naturedly, and then loaded 1100 pounds of rock by hand into my enclosed trailer. He denied my help with a comment about liability.And everyone I have delt with in the office has been knowledgeable, professional, and patient. Even asking more questions than I thought necessary to make sure I got the right product(s). That is six star customer careGoogle has REW listed as a hardware store. Not really. I would call them a bulk construction supply house specializing in wall components. But not even duckduckgo has that category.”

“Had to order a concrete mixer through them, the heart and soul of my business. Their salesman told me 7 days to have it built and shipped to my location. We're now sitting at 28 days, they won't respond to my email asking for an update, and I've lost out on TONS of business due to me taking them at their word. I had to shell out more money to buy a temporary mixer because I couldn't wait any longer, but it produces nowhere near the amount of concrete I need to keep up with demand. They aren't building the mixer, just the middleman, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. Terrible communication on their part and pretty unreliable as it would seem.UPDATE: Brandon, the branch manager at this location, got involved after he found out about this and was very helpful. Gave me a small refund and communicated very well. He assured me this company is much better than the service I received, so hopefully others and potentially me in the future have a far smoother experience than this one.”

“Had a 4am delivery appointment, checked in around 2am & re dived door #22 on the front side of the building. By the way you have to check in on the back side of building, they have nice restroom & break room inside. You scan the food items you want then pay it with cash/card. I wouldn't suggest the grilled ham & cheese sandwich. The crust is tougher then a indy 500 brick & very salty. To each they're own. I slept overnight no problems. Id come back .”
