I called and they said I had to drop off but was fine, they would order an Uber. When I got there I was allowed to wait, since weather wasn’t great. A little over an hour, everything was done. Nice customer service.

We were there to change out a tire and rim that was damaged. They did a 24 point inspection to insure we had no other problems. I’m glad we brought our countryman to them!! The staff is great and the gal at the service counter did an awesome job to make sure we were taken care of.

I am disappointed with the lack of service that I am receiving from the service department. I've purchased 2 brand new Minis from Baron Mini in the past 3 years. I left my car at the shop October 4th and I call every week to check on the status. No manager has reached out to me.

Car was needing oil change and brake fluid. Found something needing to be fixed that was covered with warranty. Was a 2 1/2 hour fix but they gladly covered a Lyft to/from my gym so did not have to sit and wait. Great service!!!

Terence, a service advisor in the Mini Service Department, handled my issues with speed, wonderful customer support and class. He was very understanding and communicative the entire day and made me feel comfortable from 4 hours away (KC is the closest Mini dealership from me). People like him are the reason I have been a Mini loyalist since 2008 - from my first black Mini Cooper S - to my current black Mini Copper SE. Thank you!

I can honestly say that this has been an easy going car buying experience. BMW has a stigma for being snooty but these people here have all been extremely friendly. They worked with me on price and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. They let me know everything I wanted about the vehicle. If I'm in the market again later I will definitely keep baron bmw and baron mini in mind and if Lisa F. Still works here I will deal with her as well. Overall just a pleasurable experience. As well it should be.

My wife and I purchased a 2024 Mini Countryman from this dealership. We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper from Lisa Foell. We contacted Lisa Foell over the telephone and purchased the Mini Countryman. We were told because we were from out of state we could not pay cash. When we got to the dealership we had to meet with Jess in Finance. Jess informed us we could not pay cash and we had to make payments for at least 4 months. He tried to sell us an extended warranty for $8,000. As soon as we declined Jess's offer on the extended warranty he became rude. So rude we almost left this dealership.Then he said that he would take care of getting the car registered and licensed. We just received a bill for $237 that was not payed to the state of Arkansas by this dealership. Baron Mini outsourced there registration and license division that then charged us an extra $200 in addition to what we already paid. We prepaid for the registration fee. If there are any attorneys reading this we believe this is a scam being perpetrated by Baron Mini. Do yourself a favor and go to DesMoines, Iowa to buy a Mini Cooper. Or Tulsa, Oklahoma!
