We recently purchased a new X3 from Baron with the help of Santiago Sanchez. We were so pleased with the exceptional customer service we received. Santiago listened to us, took time to learn our lifestyle and what we were looking for. He was so patient, no pressure and made us feel comfortable making such a large purchase. He has offered to help us via call, text or in person to learn all the impressive amenities offered on the car which is truly appreciated.

Andrew was super nice, detailed what service my car needed and the service techs sent a detailed report ,including video, so it’s clear what’s going on. Always a comfortable experience in the customer waiting area, I am able to work and join meetings while waiting. And finally I am pleased that my 2017 X3 received a Green light inspection!! Keep it running!!

Baron serviced my wife’s plug-in hybrid BMW on October 14 and just a terrible experience all around. I’ve taken my car to Baron for years and it’s always a hassle but they never actually broke anything. We got the car back and they had reset the electric mileage, which we were tracking. I talked with Andrew the service rep and he denied that they would reset anything (which was a lie because they did) but told me to bring the car back in and they would look at it. After bringing the car back they looked at it for 5 minutes, gave conflicting “policies” about service standards, and offered no solution and no cares. Having been a lifelong BMW customer I can tell you this isn’t how a normal service departments work. Every other city has a professional team who fix problems instead of creating them. Bye Baron, I hope you enjoy losing more customers in the future.

My review was taking down by these crooks so I am writing another review. Had me and my fiancée car serviced here and left it there a few months to get looked at came back to pick it up and they reprogrammed our key fob without our consent and stole our car audio, sub woofer and amp as well as other components out the trunk. They also ran shacked our glove box. When speaking with the so call person over the service department all he said was we did not charge you did we so we even. They didn’t even fix anything just diagnosed me and gave me an outrageous quote. These people are the worse so be careful leaving your car here there are some under cover inside theft jobs going on in this place!
