I have taken my car here for 8 years now. My last couple services have been disappointing. I left the car there on a Thurs., they said they'd diagnose it on Mon. but, didn't get to it til Tues. Then they said they'd start on it that Fri. but didn't start on it til the week after (I would've rather driven my car over the weekend instead of uber than leave it there). The issue with my car was that the passenger heating wasn't working. When I picked it up, they had drove it past empty for a total of 72 miles. This seemed strange to me so I called to flag it to them and to get an explanation and they said they needed to drive it that far to check that the heating wouldn't fail. I have a VERY fun and rare car to drive so I can understand if the tech wanted to drive it further than standard. Another mechanic would have to comment on if the 72 miles wasn't standard but I would've appreciated at least an apology for leaving my car on empty. If they did joy ride in it, I would've laughed and would've appreciated the honesty. I just don't trust them anymore; too many over-promises and the service just isn't like it used to be.

I damaged my car and they did a great job fixing my vehicle. It looks like brand new and I could not be happier with both the price and the work. I highly recommend this place and they will have my business from now on. Kevin the Service Manager stayed in contact with me updating me throughout the process of getting parts and fixing the vehicle.

I was referred to this shop by a friend, and I happened upon one of the best finds in the city for auto repair. I was treated with respect, and prices beyond compare. Hands down, the best customer service around . Josh is amazing to work with and does excellent work ! I will definetely come here for anything related to auto repair in the future!

I had a great experience here. My car was making a terrible grinding sound seemingly without reason. They listened to me when I made an appointment and saved the notes so when I brought my car in the technician was already aware of the issue. My car was in and out within half a day. Quick service and reasonably priced.

I can tell you that these last couple of negative reviews are absolutely absurd. I have used Auto Worlds / Star Motors numerous times with my vehicles, and am incredibly impressed. They are always polite and courteous, prices are incredibly fair, and their work is great. I recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers. I will continue to use them for all of my automotive needs, and gladly give them my business.

The clown who answers the phone is an idiot. Not paying attention, scheduled the wrong repair eveb when I BROUGHT THE PART IN. And on top of that the same moron somehow assisted in the actual repair and screwed it up. When I went back and tried to show him he called the owner and ridiculed me. What did I do? I took it home and fixed it right myself. AND both times I went there the bid tgat he looked up was $100 short. Two times . Your stop is closed? Good riddance. I would lije to talk to the phone clown. In person.

Awesome customer experience! Up front pricing estimates. No hassle and super friendly customer service. I thought I needed a new muffler, and was ready to spend a ton of money on getting one replaced. Low and behold, they checked it out, and told me I would be just fine with a minor weld repair instead of replacing the whole thing. Saved me roughly $400. They also gave me a ride to my work, and didn't even think twice about it. Don't hesitate to take your car here.
