I had to have my 2002-SLK320 towed to Aristocratic due to a faulty ignition switch causing car to stall while driving. When I spoke to Travis, service advisor he was very short with me on the phone while answering my questions, said he had another customer waiting. He said it would be a week to look at it and another week for part

I could not have had a better experience with my car purchase at Aristocrat Motors. Chuck Childress was an excellent salesman; friendly, attentive and very easy to work with. In fact, every person I came in contact with while I was there was a pleasure. It made my experience one I’d be happy to repeat in the future.

My wife and I flew in from Houston to assist our relative with having her 2010 Mercedes Benz GL 450 serviced. She has had an extensive maintenance history with service advisor Emily Peterman and has always been totally pleased . She dropped off the vehicle and advised Emily not to perform any service until we arrived . We arrived this morning not only to approve the service recommendation- but Emily had the car repaired and ready to go while we waited . Additionally Emily referred us to an amazing salesperson Cheryl Law who sold us a new GLC 300 within minutes . Wow - we came to service a vehicle and drove out with the repaired one AND a new one . Cheryl waived the magic wand with her extreme customer service and inventory knowledge !!!!!! Both of these ladies have an excellent skillset and would make ANY dealership proud to have them as part of their culture . Thanks so much ladies !!!!!!!

I have never encountered this problem where a dealership does not call me back whatsoever I've called several times to Derek in the Alfa Romeo department . I stop by from California for a simple oil change, which was not even do for another 2000 miles get it serviced and go to read on my dash how many more miles/days till service and it's showes me no info just - - - - dashes i asked him before I drive a away will it just update he said yes since then it hasent and been weeks , I have called and called and no reply the only time he answered was when he had to wait after his shift to accept the payment for my vehicle . Just completely unreliable. There's a reason I take my car to a Alfa in Romeo dealership and not some backyard mechanic but in the end they give me the same results.

Nick provided the best service to me and gave me grace with patience! I took my car in based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. I had a loaner car provided to me and managed to roll over something that created a flat the same day I got the car. I call Nick, he immediately gave me a service to be towed free and once I arrived he provided me another loaner car and a little scolding not to comeback with another flat lol ?. He was truly the best considering it was our first time meeting and I must have called him more in one day than any other customer! Thank you Nick! I must also thank Maggie who set my appointment she was just as pleasant. She again let me know why the reviews for this location was so great! My car/baby now has a new home to receive treatment! Thank you for giving me comfort and trust!

I have been a loyal customer of Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. since 2017, and while my initial experiences were exceptional, I regret to say that their service quality has significantly declined over the years. My recent encounters have left me frustrated and dissatisfied, prompting me to share my experience.In the past, Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. provided me with top-notch service that instilled confidence in their expertise and professionalism. However, during my last couple of visits, things took a turn for the worse.The most distressing incident occurred after I paid nearly $2000 for a full maintenance and inspection, which explicitly included a check of the coolant system. Sadly, just three weeks later, my car unexpectedly broke down on the side of the highway due to a defective coolant hose. This resulted in my vehicle overheating, causing damage to the spark plugs and potentially other engine components. It is deeply frustrating that such a critical component was not properly inspected or fixed during the maintenance check.What adds to the disappointment is that, despite the obvious negligence on their part, I was still charged for replacing the coolant hose. This double charge for a part that should have been addressed during the maintenance check left me feeling disheartened and questioning the integrity of the service provided by Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc.As a long-term customer, I had hoped for consistent and reliable service. Unfortunately, this recent experience has made me question whether I can trust Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. with my vehicle's maintenance and repairs moving forward. The decline in their service quality, coupled with the lack of accountability and transparency in handling my concerns, has left me with a sense of dissatisfaction.I genuinely hope that Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. takes these feedback seriously and works towards improving their service standards. It is crucial for any reputable service provider to rectify their shortcomings and regain the trust of their customers.

Service department is an unreliable and will not own up to their mistakes. Was told rotors are not part of their safety inspection only brake pads. Was told tires were in good shape and then 3 weeks later told they need replaced. Manager was very confrontational and unhelpful. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Initially I took my very nice 2005 Jaguar XKR convertible into Aristocrat's Jaguar Service for a recharge of the A/C system on which their shop performed well and the system is now cooling fine. However that was the end of that success. Upon "inspection" several items were "found" to be in need of repair one of which was the replacement of the oil cooler although the engine oil level has never dropped or has there ever been any oil dripping from the garage floor. The estimated cost for this was $2,700! On this I did receive an estimated cost from another shop of less than $1,000, i.e. 2/3 less!The other items that I was told were needed to be addressed were suspension wear issues and an alignment. A service appointment was made.Upon picking up the car from Aristocrat, I heard a loud screeching noise that had not been present prior to dropping the car off. the noise had developed while at Aristocrat after 18 years, but with one day at their shop. "Bring it back in." The noise was diagnosed as the left wheel bearing needs replaced. So this was scheduled for a week + later. Picking the car up after the (assumed) bearing replacement, one short drive around the parking lot easily revealed this screeching had not been reduced at all. So, the car remained at Aristocrat and this and other issues such as control arm busings were replaced. The recommendation was that the control arm itself needed to be replaced, but wasn't as this "OEM part was no longer available." In doubt, I went online and in 10 minutes (!) and found a wide choice of the part, some new, some used. Aristocrat coulnd't be bothered to do the same! My total bill for these fiascos was nearly $4,000 with over nearly a month period and seven trips back and forth to Aristocrat!Tony Tutera, the Jaguar/Land Rover Service Advisor is a pleasant young man, but never lacked for excuses (lame) for the incompetence of the technical staff. They either are stupid or think I am, probably the latter!However, on a positive note we have had some excellent service on our MB S 550 when Rodney Parker was the Mercedes Service Advisor and now on our Porsche where Mr. Parker is now the Porsche Service Manager. As far as Jaguar Service I'm sorry to say, "I'll never go back!"Gerald ClarkLeawood, Kansas

Would literally recommend anyone else service is terrible. I rescheduled and oil change for 8:45 AM. Get there at 8:20 AM. Wait to be helped till 9 AM and then M told it will be two hours for an oil change and that a do not get a vehicle while mine is being serviced like they told me I would when I made the appointment. But what really upsets me is that I scheduled the appointment for an oil change after just buying the Mercedes in November telling me that I need $1100 worth of maintenance done. The whole experience was pretty unprofessional and shocking.

This review only applies for their sales department and does not apply to their service department as I've only dealt with their sales and purchased a new car from here.I'm a loyal Amg costumer for the past 10 + years and have owned numerous different Amg vehicles. Last month I was in the market for the new Sl63 Amg. I live all the way in the west coast in Beverly Hills ca. I tried negotiating with several local dealerships to which I couldn't come up to a deal with. I decided to shop for a car out of states for the first time. During my search, I stumbled upon aristocrat motors. During my negotiation, I dealt with Tony and Peyton. I offered them a price and after going back and forth a bit, they accepted my offer. I told them I'll come in person to sign the paperwork and drive the car back home. I put a small deposit down and took a flight from Los Angeles to Kansas the next day. They arranged a shuttle service to pick me up from the airport and took me to the dealership. From there, I was greeted by Tony. He showed me my new car, all clean and ready to go. Lorri took on over for finishing the paperwork. From being inside the dealership to being on my way out, it took about 10 minutes! There were no hidden fees, not once did she try to sell me or up charge me for anything! We had agreed to a price and it was a very SMOOTH and PLEASANT experience. This was Something that I've never experienced at any other dealerships before. Thank you again to Peyton, Tony and Lorri for the great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my car purchase experience from Aristocrat motors and would highly recommend them to my friends, family and even you that you're reading this review!!Truly a phenomenal experience!I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from this dealership soon!On a side note, they gifted me a Mercedes Benz wine bottle which I think it's a nice gesture.

Donnie Hick, this is a very first time I have a great service dealing with him very nice guy and listen very carefully what he wanted to have his or her car done to be completed. He really cares about all the customer . I've never met a person as friendly and accommodating like him. I'm impressed and satisfied with the way he treated me. I highly recommend him.
