Everyone was very helpful from the staff calling for pre check in, to the staff at the desk of the hospital, to the staff checking me in for the procedure, to the sweet person doing the test. All was professional.

The nurses @ this facility deserves A+ and more from the regular floor (2nd) Jacque ? to the 5th floor especially Jennifer who came with me to wheel me over to OR?to ICU unit nurses (forgive me with names)?all were so attentive and some to the PT and OT people you made my stay very comfortable and healing so easy a great thank to the drs who’s profession is without a doubt top rated! From Dr Herzenberg, Aighbright, Habib, newfound Drs. Simon and Biria (hope I spelled that right)so blessed to have a team so well versed and skilled thank to the rest I didn’t name as well!

I visited Advent Health and Dr. Nicek for the first time for a yearly physical. She seemed too busy to care about why I was there. When she looked at my sheet, she said, "...so what exactly am I supposed to be treating you for?"The nurses who take blood are not trained properly. The girl that took mine forced the needle into a small vein, and ended up stabbing the needle into a nerve in my arm. I had severe nerve pain for weeks after.I was given a very expensive bill for a yearly physical that should have been free. The only extra request I made was a B12 test, which should not have cost what I was billed (I was also given a separate Labcorp bill for it on top of that). I went to College Park Family Care Center for years, and never received a bill for a physical. I will be returning to them and never going back to Advent.

I felt through my whole time I felt rushed on everything ?. Then your night nurses were very rude. The day were more than welcome and helpful. But other than that my stay was real experience. ?

My recent knee replacement went off without any problems. Everyone I came in contact with before and after surgery was so kind and professional. I felt very cared for and all my questions were answered.

Advent emergency department is the best I have ever experienced as a Black Female! They LISTENED to my complaints about why I am there. They get you in and out in a timely manner! The quickest turn around time I have ever experienced! However don't believe me, try them!!Blessings and Peace ?️❤️??

Had to stay in the ER for two days. They are short staffed. When got into a room, it took a long time to get any help. Very slow response time. The food was so minimal and repetitive.
