AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been a patient here for over a decade and was denied an appointment with my doctor for a physical, to be told I had to wait over a month - after just receiving urgent care for an acute medical issue. All I am looking for is answers and AdventHealth has denied me that. This practice does not care about their patients health and well being.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this Hospital to establish care with a Primary Doctor. From the time I step foot off that elevator onto the third floor I was treated like a second class citizen. I did not know which direction to go so I got lost, until I went back towards the elevator and read the sign of the Doctor's names. The women at the lab desk saw me confused they just looked at me I was not greeted, I had to ask them which way to go. They pointed me in the direction rudely. I went to the registration desk where there were three ladies behind the desk and neither acknowledged me, finally the lady on the end said I can help you although I am the only person standing there waiting to be addressed. The lady on the end was in training so it took a while for her to enter information into the compter so I patiently waited. I finally was called to the back to see the Doctor after my visit with the Doctor I requested a Doctors excuse for work because I left work early to attend this appointment. The lady at the registration desk stated to me to use my patient summary report indicating that I had a Doctors visit. I explained to her that I don't want my Supervisor or anyone else at my employer to see what medical issues I may have and that is against the HIPAA law, she stated well that is all I can give you. I asked the other lady at the desk for their Supervisor, she went to look for the supervisor and came back and stated to me that she was busy and I could wait to see her, I had to get back to work so I asked for her number, she provided me with a lady named Brooke number I called before I left the hospital she didn't answer I left a message, and called two more times. At the end of the business day my calls have not been returned. I will be taking this matter further due to this being a racist matter. I was the only African American on the 3rd floor and I was treated as such. I wouldn't recommend my dog step one foot in this establishment. Just to let other people know racist is real and being mistreated in a health care setting because of your race is scary.

I am disappointed and embarrassed that I have referred multiple people to this practice. We overall were very impressed with our PCP when we get into appointments and see him/her face to face. However, this medical group has the worst communication and if you need to get ahold of your PCP outside of an appointment that was scheduled weeks in advanced….it is impossible. I have left multiple voicemails for the PCP and the corresponding nurses without receiving a phone call back multiple times. I have stressed that the hospital told us to get in contact with our PCP, and the group’s scheduling nor the nurse line has been responsive in returning a call or getting us scheduled. We will be changing practices as I have NEVER had such an issue as (1) getting ahold of or (2) getting an appointment with a PCP as I have had with this practice.Save your time and go elsewhere.

All they care about is money. They couldn't care less about someone's mental and physical health. On top of being lazy, they are also rude.

Been reaching out for 2 weeks to get my script refilled since they sent the wrong quantity to the pharmacy. My previous doctor retired and since then it's been a mess. They blame it on technology and changing their records system. Zero accountability. No respect for patient needs or following up in a timely manner.

RUDE!!!I was going to be a new patient with Dr Marcy Kot, as she is my wife's Dr and my wife likes her. So I decided I needed a new primary care provider as the one I currently have seems like he is just there for a paycheck.I scheduled an Appointment that was a month out because that was the soonest I could be seen. My appointment day finally came and I filled out all the information on there E-check in to speed things up when I arrive. I had an appointment at 2:00, so I put the address in the GPS and took me to a building across the street. At this point it's 1:57 so I called and I told the Receptionist I am a new Patient and may be a few minutes late as I got lost and was across the street and will be there in a minute, the Receptionist got VERY RUDE and let out a sigh of Inconvenience and said the there is a 10min window so I informed her I was just across the street. Well I finally got there at 2:07 and had to walk the building to find the Directory, finally I made it 2:11 and the Receptionist That I was speaking with Immediately informed me that she just got off the phone with Dr. Marcy Kot and said she will not see me I would have to reschedule. I waited a month to see her and just over 1 minute she would not see me. Unfortunately these actions by the Receptionist and the doctor I will never Recommend Dr Marcy Kot nor the Advent Health suite 300 to anyone.

If i could put negative stars, i would. I set up an appointment for my 2 kids to be seen. They later called me to inform me that my appointment was cancelled due to the NURSES and DOCTOR not seeing CHILDREN of any ages. Please explain to me why supposedly "trained/educated" professionals refused to see my kids. They go to school so they can tend to people of all ages. Welcome to the medical field.

Why is it so difficult to make an appointment?? I put in an appointment request through the app several days ago, then a nurse reached out to me to ask some questions two days later and said she would follow up— was also charged a tele health visit through my insurance for this??. I’ve never heard anything. I’ve tried calling twice today to make an appt and was told by the automated system I’d be called back. I just want to make an appointment— it shouldn’t be that difficult???

I've been going to this practice for 6 years and always had positive things to say. However, over the past year or so it has become almost impossible to get in to see a doctor unless you schedule 6 months in advance. We switched to a new provider within the same group in hopes that it would be easier to get in to see her but now we are encountering the same problem. I also have been trying to schedule my children for their flu shot for 3 weeks now. First they only had one clinic date that didn't work with our schedule. Now when I call to try to get them scheduled, I get a voicemail. I've left 5 voicemails and only once received a call back. Unfortunately I wasn't available to take the call so I had to call and was sent to voicemail again. It's ridiculous!

I'm self-pay and they always charge me something around $100 at check-in. I get the most cursory exam and get my Rx refilled with the Dr and nurse combined spending no more than 10-15 min in my room. Without fail I get a bill for something in the neighborhood of $30-50 a few weeks later. IDK why they can't just charge me the proper amount to begin with so I can budget.I never get lab testing, vaccines, ANYTHING else done here that could conceivably cost anything. Also, I'm not a multi-million dollar insurance company so maybe don't be such sticklers with precisely billing me for everything possible? Most places are very flexible with self-pay and discounts because they're getting money in advance rather than waiting ages for insurance companies to pay them. For the record, I started going to this group of doctors over 25 years ago, years before they moved out of Corinth to the other building on Frontage Rd, then to their current location. I've been seeing this group longer than 2/3s of their current Drs have worked there!

If I could give 0 stars I would Matt at the registration said I owed $324 last time I was here, but that was a copay I paid that with my debit card it should be only $30 it was confusing and I had questions but he didn't seem to want to answer them and he seemed to just want to get rid of me very frustrating.. I understand I work with the general public and it can be frustrating at times but you shouldn't take it out on your clients..
