I started out this afternoon by calling about a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse that I saw online to see if they had it on the lot. I talked to Gabe who investigated for me and discovered it was actually in Newton. Without hesitation, he offered to personally go get it and bring it to McPherson so I could test drive it.
Once we made it to Midway Motors, Gabe greeted me very friendly and enthusiastic about helping to ensure that this car was what I was wanting. Throughout the entire process of test driving, going over details and eventually to the financing, the entire team was professional, polite, and very helpful. Even during a few waiting periods (such as allowing the car to be cleaned and fueled up), Gabe made sure we were comfortable and kept the conversation going with a few jokes and stories.
I'm happy driving away with my new car! Thanks Gabe!

Lets see, we started at the Hutchison location they did my normal oil change and inspection. The engine light just came on, and they told me they could not do anything with this that i would have to send it to this Mcpherson location. But if it doesn't need reprogramming, then I don't need a CERTIFIED Ford Mechanic... So they could have fixed it, but did they choose not to deal with it. No video was sent showing work this last time, either. They ran diagnostic on it, and then we scheduled an appointment next week at this wonderful location. This location in Mcpherson promised us a loaner car. When we showed up, no loaner car was available, and we had to wait 2 and half hours for them to come out and tell us they found the problem. They ran their own diagnostic and then decided to charge us for that as well. So we waited for 2 and half hours, no loaner car as promised, and a diagnostic fee that they never mentioned to us until after. Both the Hutchinson and Mcpherson locations wasted both our time and money.. we would not suggest either of these locations. We bought the vehicle from this company 9 months ago at the Hillsboro location. It's amazing what a difference a location can make for this company. Hillsboro cares about their customers and their reputation. It's about an hour and a half drive for us, but we will only use this location from here on out. If you find something you like, deal only with the Hillsboro location. Honest, people willing to stand by what they sold you and don't give you the run around like these other two locations. It shouldn't ever take 3 midway dealerships to handle one simple problem, but it did.. If I had started at the Hillsboro location, all this wasted time and money could have easily been avoided. Use ONLY Hillsboro , do not use Mcpherson or Hutchinson. Hillsboro 5 stars ...

Gabe Hernandez made the process super easy. He drove the car to Hutchinson to meet me for a test drive and then had all my paperwork ready when I came into buy. I’d definitely go back to him in the future.

Rented 2 vehicles from them. Had great service. The 2nd vehicle had a flat, I put the spare on, got it to the Service Center, and they got it replaced within an hour.

I went in to get my 2018 gmc Yukon xl diagnosed for a ticking sound before my warranty expires. They were all so kind and nice. At first they didn’t hear anything so Ryan said he wanted to keep it over night and start it in the morning. That is when they heard the ticking sound we have been hearing. Thankfully it wasn’t the lifters. They are professional and very friendly there in the service department. Thanks for a positive experience!!

I had previously given a poor rating regarding my GM service experience for an oil change and the need for seat belt repair. My extended warranty couldn't be found in my record and there was no immediate answer. After calling to report the issue, research began and when I received a call due to my rating, I shared the issue and within 2 hours it was resolved. Midway truly cares about their customers and and want them to be happy. Thank you Midway.

Sold me a car which I liked, but with a broken wheel which they fixed after a week and a half of going in every other day for air and a lot of asking on my part. It also had a broken seat which they tried to hide. Called them on the seat and they denied it and refused to help. The seat still works, but all the wires are exposed due to the broken brackets. Tried for a year to get them to replace it since it was broken from the start, but that was a no. Be wary and take the car to a known mechanic before you buy. Buyers beware! There was no benefit from buying a car here rather than buying a car from someone in my neighborhood. Probably will never buy a car here again.

Would not recommend. Very bad communication. We had been working with a dealer in Newton when we found a great deal on a van in McPherson. The dealer told us to meet him up there and we could look at it. We drove all the way up to the dealership in McPherson and we weren't able to look at the vehicle because it was being worked on. He apologized and told us he wouldnt sell it with out us looking at it first. We didn't hear from him at all after that. We called up to the McPherson store and they told us they haven't even worked on the vehicle yet. It turned out the Newton dealer had no clued and was lying to us about what was going on. The McPherson dealership tried to set us up with a new dealer but this dealer told us he couldn't guarantee we could look at when it was convenient for us, unless we put $500 to reserve it and in the end we went some where else. We don't want it deal with these people. I hope they do a better job for you if you decide to look at a vehicle from them.
