Great place to take your pet. Dr. Prose is a very knowledgeable vet and will listen to your needs and concerns about your pet. He has seen my animals for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The vet knows what he's doing for sure, he's just a bit too clinical with the pets than I prefer. I wouldn't say he's mean or abusive, just not overly gentle, a get in and get it done kind of guy.

Unfortunately I was really freaked because I thought my oldest was going to go deaf... yes I am "that kind of mom" when calling up there I can't remember who answered the phone. However As a super concerned parent, she had an attitude with me when I asked questions... It was definitely upsetting. I was treated like that on the phone. My son requires special treatment. I cant risk scaring him more of people.

Had an emergency with my cat. They were the only vet that was willing to take the time to see him. Others either didn't answer their phone or said they were too busy even when they were told he was dying.I can't comment on their vet care as unfortunately, he passed away in the car on the way to them.They were caring and empathetic to me though.

We had to put down our precious dog at the last minute, and though we have never been there, McPherson Veterinary Clinic was able to help us out. They were so kind, patient and respectful. It made the whole experience so much easier and honored our little pet. They even sent a sympathy card with messages from the whole staff. Their prices are good, too. What a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Got right in from a call in 1st appt. Very friendly staff, gave my cat some updates on shots, very concerned with maintaining good health.
