“Both gentlemen (Steve and his associate) were very knowledgeable about all the beds in the showroom. They were patient with all three of us as we tried out several beds more than once. They explained the different base features as well as the guarantee attached and how we would handle a needed repair of the base as well as the mattress. I decided on a mattress with an adjustable base. Much thanks for the free sheets and mattress protector. I am very grateful that you will take care my old mattress. (So nice to hear these are recycled!). This store I highly recommend.
