You know it's pretty bad to spend 300.00 plus in your store and you only have one checker and she had so many people in her line we had to check and bag our own groceries, were an older couple and the last thing we want to do is your job. So do we get invited to the company Christmas Party?

Obviously they don’t understand the concept of a drive thru window! It’s NEVER opened!! You should deliver prescriptions, at no charge, for disabled customers that count on that window being opened!!! For that reason I transferred all my meds to WALGREENS!

This pharmacy has been severely understaffed for three years. If your doctor sends a script over, I advise you to also call the pharmacy and let them know your doctor did that, otherwise, it will just sit in a stack of papers.This pharmacy does not fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. Unless you specifically call ahead of time, expect to wait for days. Recently, they have closed their drive-thru, indefinitely. Once again, a huge inconvenience for your customers.My solution- Go to Hutchinson Marketplace. They had my script filled in less than an hour and they have multiple drive-thrus. It was worth the short drive in order to avoid the hassel of this Pharmacy that I've used for over 20 years. I'll now have my scripts sent to Hutch. By the time you get there, it'll be done. No need to call ahead They are running things the right way over there.

Changing Pharmacies. They are always understaffed. Because of this, the customers suffer. Sometimes it takes days for a script to be filled. Most recently, they've decided to close down the drive-thru indefinitely, until further notice, stating they don't have enough staff.FIX IT!

Very slow waited forever for prescriptions. Even calling they give a time and still don't have ready.

Very poor service. I called on an antibiotic that they had had for over 2 hours to see if they could get it don't by the end of the day. The woman I spoke to spent more time telling me they closed in 30 minutes than trying to help me. This pharmacy has gone downhill bad. Will be changing pharmacies very soon.

They are getting slower and slower in filling prescriptions. I usually have to call in and request my prescription be filled and then they do it.

So I've been told many times that I could park my bike in Dillons by the flower department and a little lady came over to me today standing by my bike with her f****** caddy and she looks at me and says you're not allowed to park your bike here in the rudest voice and I was like I've been told otherwise she's a guy who I'm like everybody that I know employees my fiancé etc. and she just got rude with me and I said you know what is it because I'm part of the LGBTQ plus community

This place needs help! I'm not sure what changed but #Kroger needs to fix it! Very slow and trying to replace medicine just because! Not happy! Been going there for 10 years! Might change pharmacy.

You have to wait a long time for your prescriptions
