the only positive thing I can say is that they did arrive in a timely manner but to want to charge $845 to winch a vehicle 20 feet out of a snow bank is absolutely uncalled for. Nothing on their invoice showed that they were justified in charging that amount. The only way this job could have been easier is if my car had been on dry ground.

We broke down 65 miles from home. Called Dacus at 4:08 p.m. the next day. Talked to Clint. Left our house at 4:18 p.m. to take keys to them, 15 miles from us. At 6:43 p.m. the same day, our vehicle was delivered to our home.Clinton and the driver were absolutely courteous, kind and succinct in getting our vehicle back home so we can figure out the problem! I absolutely reccommend them!!!!! It is such a pleasure to know there are still good, reliable services out there!!! These guys ROCK!!!!!

Wow, talk about above and beyond service! Our class A RV needed to be towed from a rest area outside Salina,Kansas. DACUS Towing and Recovery arrived in a timely manner. Clinton, the driver, was so professional and conscientious as he hooked us, even removing the mud flaps so they wouldn't drag. He informed us that we had an issue with our u-joints and straps on our drive shaft, which he had to remove to tow us. When we arrived at the repair shop that had agreed to service our RV, a service rep informed Clinton they didn't work on Ford engines. Not only did Clinton not off load us and drive away, he stayed with us as we contacted more than 20 other repair shops until we found a shop in Topeka, Kansas, that could look at our RV the following Tuesday. Even though Clinton was on a time crunch before he had to stop driving for the day, he stayed right there with us and offered to tow us wherever we needed to go. We were on our way to a 50th class reunion in Indiana and needed to be on the road. Clinton offered to tow our RV to his facility in McPherson, Kansas, store it for the weekend, and tow it to Topeka in time for the appointment. We were blown away by the care, consideration, and patience provided by Clinton and his business. He even declined the $100 tip we offered. We will recommend them without hesitation. They are a true example of wonderful customer service, skill, and care. We would give them a ten if we could. Thank you Clinton and DACUS Towing and Recovery for all you did for our potentially bad situation.

His car wash is convenient for me as it’s close to the house and it has some of the best smelling products. And the best cleaning solutions to getting bugs off the bumper. Rinse and roll down town isn’t bad either just not as convenient for me if I’m coming from my house.
